Ordered a perfume (Versace yellow diamonds 200ml) product is leaking, contacted their customer service response has taken far too long.

I had never seen this website before but I thought I would take a chance, well it has to be the best company I have ordered from this christmas. Excellent product smells lovely, black opium, and delivery was so fast! I will now recommend to everyone!

I paid £7.99 for next day delivery, but didn’t receive my item until days after. I have just received my parcel and there’s 2 fragrances missing which were Christmas presents. I have sent emails but have had no response and there’s no other way to make contact with this company. One of the missing fragrances are on the order form the other one is not on it. I was charged for both and have not received them. This is so frustrating as it’s Christmas in 2 days time.

Exactly as described, however I couldn't see any damage to the packaging. So as itcost me half the price it would have been and was delivered as stated, I am very pleased with my purchase and will definately be ordering again

I ordered a couple of scents to slip in as stocking fillers. Understanding the boxes might be damaged I had armed myself with little chiffon gift bags to use instead. I was delighted to find that the boxes were perfect complete with cellophane. Such a bargain. Thanks again for your excellent service.

I have not received my order( ORDER SO9038S) placed on 6th of December.
I have been emailing your customer service as well, but nothing has been resolved yet!?
There is no phone number to contact, just the email address ,and when I click on the link given it says page not found !?
I really don't know if this website is a scam or not ! It's the first time I'm ordering from them and I really do hope that I would receive my order in time before Xmas or get a full refund . Very poor customer service !

Amazing deal!! Heavily reduced perfume due to the smallest damage to the corner of the box which was still perfectly sealed and plastic wrapped.

Fantastic scents at fantastic prices, not bothered about what the box looks like, have already recommended it to all my friends

Ordered 2 items, paid for both, only received 1. Contacted customer services, answered numerous repeated emails over 3 days, showing proof of receipt of 1 purchase only, same questions asked again. Waste of my time as well as theirs, raised complaint, and disputed through bank now, lesson learnt from this is to order 1 item at a time only

It breaks my heart to give one star but this is due to an item advertised as 100 ml and receiving a 50 ml instead
Otherwise the product s are 100% genuine and usually just the cellophane has been taken off the product for a fraction of the original price

Most of items are good value ,some others cheaper in other stores ,better delivery service than last year ,very quick delivery

Ordered a men’s gift set - it had 2 different batch codes. I only checked these because the colour of the Eau de Toilette Spray didn’t look like advertised and what I have seen in shops. Also the product I purchased based on what I saw online, had a silver tin gift box not a gold one, which was what I received.
Not impressed - I had already received 2 out of date batch codes products from a separate order. No response despite sending evidence over 7 days ago - luckily PayPal refunded my money. Avoid is my advice.
