They send either extremely watered-down or fake fragrances, and the "contact us" form is a sham. You don't received an email to confirm you've messaged them, and they don't reply, even if you email them on the same address they send order updates from. The phone number you can find through Google isn't in service. Now I'm £120 down and about to go through the arduous process of lodging a PayPal claim. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have been using this company for a few years now and am very happy with the items and quality of them, have seen people saying that they sell fakes which i will say never had a fake one from them i have purchased full size bottles of the samples i have received and they are the same fragrance
The only thing I would say is they are a bit slow to answer emails but they do answer them and always fix any issues ,I will keep using this company for my test samples before buying full size bottles

Tracked delivery. prompt. I ordered a 10ml sample of Creed's Bois Du Portugal. I was initially perturbed due to overall reviews after making my purchase. I must say I'm pleased with my order, most definitely not a dupe and wears really well, much as I remember.

They are all fake. Not really samples. I've been using Black by Kenneth Cole for years, so I know how it smells. What I received is clearly a fake. The same for Eros by Versace

Ordered four samples including one that I have a full original bottle of to use as a comparison. All are clearly fake and/or adulterated. The entire site is clearly just a scam.

After researching a few sample companies, this was the cheapest with all the perfumes I wanted to test, and it was cheaper by literally half of all the others or more. Most perfumes were £2 for 1ml whereas the other websites are £3.50, £4 or more for 1ml.

Unfortunately the reviews made me skeptical, however, after receiving my order and testing all the perfumes and then comparing them to the actual original smells, I can confirm this website is legit and I will definitely be using them again, so do not let the negative reviews discourage you.

I also got an extra sample as a gift, which was a pleasant surprise.

Already left a review but they’re completely ignoring me. My samples never arrived and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and I have received no response. They’re not legit they operate out of a vape shop, and when I tried phoning their number it was the fragrance shop number which is a completely different company. Don’t buy from them you will just get scammed

I hadn't read all the negative reviews and have ordered several samples over the past months all of which seem genuine to me and were delivered quickly.
This week I couldn't believe how fast my order was processed, ordered late pm arrived in the post the next morning!

They don't smell like the real thing. Also, all the samples I ordered should be 1ml but they're all different amounts.

Ordered from them before seemed ok But this time the bottle Leaks and the Parfum isnt what I ordered

Fragrance is definitely fake when compared to original

Received my Sauvage edt sample today. Ordering process, communication and packaging all absolutely fine. I am familiar with this scent and have no doubt that what I received was original and genuine.

Fake! I have 180ml bottle of tobacolor but wanted a 5 ml bottle to take on holiday so bought sample from here. What can I say . For a start it’s totally different colour, and smells of nothing!! Anyone who has had tobacolor knows 1 squirt last hours!!

They are NOT genuine perfumes! I have the original Byredo (bought in Harrods, in person, so they should be the real ones) and ordered the same sample of 9ml as I wanted a little version I could put in my bag. They are not the same!!! The smell is completely different, and they don't look the same once sprayed on the skin. The sample version leaves strange oily/sticky film on your skin. Nothing like this is visible when I spray the real ones. I also ordered a few other samples which appear to be different than original. The smell fades in 5 mins, but as I only smelled them in the shop a few times and never had the actual bottle I won't comment on them. BUT BYREDO MOJAVE GHOST ARE DEFINITELY FAKE!

UPDATE: I've had time to do more research into the fragrances I bought and I'm fairly certain they are fakes. I'll leave my original review in place but I doubt I would buy from here again.

Original Review: There are so many red flags with this company; no contact details, no phone number, sometimes you get an order confirmation sometimes you don't, address appears to be a Vape shop in Ilford, Companies House has incomplete accounts, if you pay by PayPal you get a different company name, they charge VAT but there's no VAT number displayed etc, etc.

BUT.... they have responded to my enquiries quickly and every order I've placed has turned up within a couple of days, and the fragrances to me seem to genuine. I've ordered high-end fragrance samples and compared with the originals in the shops, all good. Obviously I have to take their word for it that they are not clones but they smell like the originals to me so can't complain.

It does puzzle me why there are so many bad reviews about being fake fragrances when there are so many other reasons not to buy from them, perhaps the reviews are fake?

I wish I read the reviews! Ordered 10 ml travel size Gucci's A Midnight Stroll, which is a scent I know and love. Received some awful cloying attempt at forgery, nothing to do with the authentic fragrance. Avoid avoid avoid.

Like many others I wish I'd looked on trustpilot, I ordered Miss Dior Parfum which is supposed to be a floral scent. It's horrible, smells off and woody. I've ended up throwing it in the bin. How can this company continue to trade with horrendous reviews.
