Worst Monitor I Had In My Life!!!!!

Bought monitor from Amazon. Broke in 40 days, so could not return. When sent to company for repair, instead they sent a very old model refurbished monitor. The adaptor was wrong. So I bought it locally. Now I found that it's speaker also don't work. When I call, the customer service lady immediately hangs up, as soon as I give my case number.

I have an old used Sceptre TV that I…

I have an old used Sceptre TV that I got at a garage sale. On the good side, it did have buttons on the TV for ON OFF VOLUME AND CHANNEL. That is more than I can say for some of the ones they sell in this day and age. I found out though that I needed a remote control to try to set up up to work and wanted to start out by ordering one from the company. I looked them up on Google and when I clicked on their website I was assaulted by the moving pictures that keep on switching from one to another. This is blinding and is also insulting and degrading to someone who only came to look for a remote control panel and to find other information about their TV. I found also that there was no way to find anything I was looking for. I tried clicking on "TV" with no results. Their website needs to focus on the needs of their customers and not on themselves. It should start out finding out what their customers need and not with a light show that shows off what they have to sell. I was so violated by this website, I feel like giving away this TV and never getting another one.

Bait & Switch - Sceptre sells 4K TV that doesn't display 4K

Purchased Sceptre U650CV 65" 4K TV. However when trying to view Amazon, Netflix and Apple TV 4K content, the Sceptre TV doesn't display 4K content properly. It's a bait and switch as the TV can't display 4K content properly. Sceptre is refusing to replace the TV with a new one by delivering a new one and picking up the one that doesn't work. Attorney says to look online for similar complaints to get class action status for selling a product that doesn't work as advertised.
