Bought a crash helmet from these guys and was very pleased with the prompt service and delivery.

It was my 3rd or 4th contact with this e-shop. Like for me the website is a little bit complicated. Searching by model offten shows me also modern items like helmets for instance. Thats annoying sometimes. The quality of products is good. There is no reason to complaint. Good action with UPS - delivery for 5 euro- definately will make me visting more often. Till now I had to wait, collect the order, pay a lot at once and ship. Now I can buy 2-3 things, because 5 eur for delivery is not a cost. Delivery of my last oder took 4 days including weekend. Thats very good result.

The Website is a bit amateur looking. A little facelift could boost sales. More clear more bright...

I made a small order and i was thinking that it takes long time for receiving the items but i was surprised when the courier was in front of my door 3 days after.

You have a great stock and I mostly find everything for my Gilera Runner FXR 180, and the delivery system works great too, I live in México and never have troubles with my deliveries!

Maybe you can work in you're e-mail customer service because I write to You a couple of times to ask you something I need to know before buying something and the answer always is: please call Us... and You are in Germany Man!!! also the 8 hours of difference make trouble for me to make a call.

Theres too another petition: You don't have the entire parts of my scooter and I really really want to find it with you, theres another stores in Spain an UK who has it but You are my favourite and I really want to find everything in You're store, In México and entire American continent I can´t find nothing!!! (and maybe You want to think put a store here!!)

Fast and really professional, i recommend it ti everyone

I took my order in march. One of the products was not available. I sent an e-mail to know approximately the delivery date but I didn't receive any answer. I had to call the company.
I received the package at the beginning of may (more than 30 days after the order and over my request) without any consolation prize in the package..what a damage !
