Excellent hampers but a little shocked at the cost of delivery.
Loved the two hampers I bought but thought a delivery charge of over £10 was a little expensive. I would however buy again from Scottish Hampers. Thanks

In order for us to make sure the hampers arrive to you or your recipients in perfect condition and on time we use UPS courier services and unfortunately this is the cost of sending the two hampers with them. Have not got a bad thing to say, delivery was surprisingly fast considering I'm the other side of the country, the products themselves are packaged neatly and the hamper is really nice, can't wait till Christmas to give it to my dad

I've used Scottish Hampers to deliver special treats for my student son several times. The option to make up your own parcel works brilliantly. I've never had any problems with ordering, and my son has always received the parcels on time and been delighted with the contents.

Excellent overseas delivery
Ordered a bespoke hamper for an American friend in Amsterdam. They were thrilled with it. Ordering the goods at the website was straightforward – and such a great choice of treats from all over Scotland. I was very impressed by the fast delivery to the Netherlands and the genuinely caring customer service. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great Customer Service
I'd purchased a hamper to be sent to Malta, and the estimated delivery time had been given as 5 working days.'
When I placed the order, I was then told that the delivery date would be more than 3 weeks.
I contacted Scottish Hampers to see if there was anything they could do - the date is set by the couriers, so they don't have any control over it, but Kathryn could not have been more helpful. She got in touch with the couriers, and the package was delivered just 4 days later.

Great range of scottish produce - ex pat in London was very happy
Hamper arrived on time with everything safe. Good selection of food on website and really good value. Sent as a "thank you" to a business collegue. I have used other companies before but this was very helpful to know what would fit in the box as I added items. I would use again unless I wanted something specific they don't have as not quite as much range as other sites.

2nd time I have used Scottish Hampers and I will be using again. Minor issue with order, my oversight, was spotted by staff alternatives offered and corrected within 5 mins. All products have been of high quality and appreciated by recipient, sent as a gift.
