Very fast delivery, great prices and good selection of products to put in the hamper, Ordered for my mother in-law for xmas, after a stroke its very hard to buy for her but she will love this little taste of home. Will definitely use Scottish hampers again.

We have used this company before because we particularly like their "build your own hamper" facility. The recipient cannot have too many sweet foods and this facility allows us to customize the hamper. Communication was excellent. They even wrote to tell us a particular item was only available at Christmas and suggested a substitute. The hamper was delivered as promised, on time. Granny was very happy with the contents and was very pleased with the gift. Ordering and paying was seamless.

Excellent service but not 5* this year. There were three items missing or incorrect in my hamper & although they were replaced immediately, the fault should not have ocurred at all. However, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I got everything i had chosen, where one item was not available, a nice phone call from firm told me of alternatives.

Dealing with Scottish Hampers couldn't be easier - made my own hamper in a few simple steps. Delivery not so successful. Unfortunately hamper left outside neighbour's house overnight - despite courier phoning for directions. Not ideal for food products!!

My grandparents were over the moon with their hamper. Well packaged, brilliant quality and delivered in efficient time

well appreciated - although a little difficult for the 99 year old lady to move. Once opened with help was enjoyed - will probably send one for her hundredth later this year.

I sent a hamper to my mom's hotel as a welcome gift for her 1st time in Scotland. The products were delicious, the order itsself was very easy to do and it arrived in perfect conditions and on time but, as it was a gift, I wished it could be better presented, i.e: the card should be placed on the top, easy for the person to find the message right away and print advertising from partners shouldn't be included in the box...small things that make all the difference....

I ordered a large hamper for my Grandpa's 90th birthday and was very pleased with the whole experience. I found the website very easy to navigate and the product range was really good - it was also great to be able to select the items myself rather than choosing from ready-made hampers. The delivery was made on time, despite the remote location and all in all I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My Grandpa was also thrilled and has been steadily eating his way through a pile of luxury biscuits ever since!
