The company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. We left the company 2 months ago, cleared the balance , closed the account. Now we receive a £400 bill. This is has happened to 3x now. Don’t be fooled with positive reviews we were and now are suffering.

He was very patient, kind, polite and he took time to explain the tarrifs

I spoke with two Advisors today and her name is Rowena and his name is Sihle. Both had good Customer Service skills. They dealt with my issue fast and efficient! Rowena is the advisor and Sihle is from the Gas section.

The person who i talked to on phone was very efficient with my problem further investigation ongoing i will leave further comment for later date

Easy to contact and quickly knew what I needed.

I have been with Scottish Power for a number of years now and they have always kept me updated with all changes

I spoke to Steven on a call yesterday and never normally do these surveys after but felt I needed to as he was very kind, understanding and helpful so want to give him a little shout out. Everyone is quick to complain but never to compliment, he really helped me and sorted my issue out so quickly.

For the first time in a number of telephone calls to your company I have nothing but the highest admiration for the Lady to whom I spoke. She was outstanding. Unfortuently I did not confirm har name but no doubt you can determine that from my conversation with her. I strongly recommend her for the prize for being the most proficient operative in all of your employes. WELL DONE THAT GIRL!

Always have trouble logging in sends code then does not recognise.

After my horrible experience with my previous supplier Scottish power are a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too much for them, I’m updated frequently via email, and best of all my first bill was a great low price. Thanks Scottish power

The options for getting to the right department were straightforward and David, my advisor, was very helpful with my problem, which the Bank could not deal with. While I was waiting for him to do my business in the background, I quite enjoyed the soothing wind ensemble that nearly put me to sleep! A job well attended to. Thank you.
