I’m absolutely blown away from how…
I’m absolutely blown away from how Scottsdale golf and in particular Hazel have dealt with an issue I had after purchasing a new brolly.
After the summer we’ve had I haven’t used the brolly since I bought it a couple of months ago. When I opened it last week I noticed one of the little caps was missing and therefore the brolly was misshaped.
I thought i would contact Scottsdale golf and see if there was anything I could do,
I was so surprised to find that there was no push back or countless emails, instead Hazel asked for some pictures and a new brolly was dispatched.

Not connecting
The purchased item experience was good and the delivery service was as scheduled.
The issue I have with Scottsdale offers is that the majority of the customers interfaces for equipment is not available in the southern ares of the U.K.

Faulty bag
A zip on my Titleist Tour stand bag has broken, and this happened after less than a year. I then contacted the Returns Department to ask what I should do. Hazel replied within 24 hours, telling me to send the bag back and that they would get back to me as soon as they’d had a look at it. A few days later, the bag arrived back at their premises and I was offered either a replacement or a credit note for the purchase price to be added to my customer account. I eventually opted for a replacement bag, which was dispatched the very same day, and I also received a ball marker kit as a gift. Excellent service, very quick responses and brilliant customer care – thank you so much, Hazel.

Outstanding Customer service
First class service,I purchased a Sun Mountain waterproof trolley bad in April, it had only been out approx 12 times and had a few issues with a couple of zips. I contacted customer service , within minutes i had a delivery code to attach to my bag , within the week my bag was replaced. Outstanding service. I purchased my irons from them in November, had another great experience with them,highly recommend them.

When there was an issue with the payment screen, and I didn’t have any confirmation, I emailed and received a response within minutes. With a confirmation invoice attached. Package then arrived the very next day even though it wasn’t due for another three!
