Most delayed order I have ever experienced!
I placed this order in April 2026 - at this point I was given no indication that there would be a delay. When I chased the order a few weeks later, I was told that it would not be delivered until August. I said that was problematic because we had an event in July that we needed the table for. They then said they could ship the table and chairs in July but the cushions would not be ready until August. So we took receipt of the table/chairs and started using them. However there was no news of the cushions. Summer came and went with no cushions and they were finally delivered last week - in November! It seems extraordinary to me that an order could be taken without any indication that it would be 7 months before it is delivered. Completely bizarre.

From our first contact with SCP seeking help with recovering/restoring our beloved old Balzac sofa we have been delighted with the help and service we have received throughout the process. SCP have been so helpful in all aspects - recommending beautiful fabric supplied from Bute fabrics and the workmanship by your upholsterers, excellent collection/delivery service - we could not be happier.
