Scraye is a trustworthy source of rental search and the agents there are super helpful. I’ve asked a lot of questions and Dora has been very helpful throughout my enquiry. I felt she really took care of me and was patient in answering all the questions of minor details. Great service provided and I very much enjoy talking to her. They have many quality listings around in London and the platform is clear and easy to use.

As a first time renter in London, Luis has been there for me every step of the way. Everything from booking viewings, suggesting other properties, helping with the booking procedure and just his simple unbiased opinion on things. The journey has been great. Luis was a great agent to work with, he scheduled a prompt virtual tour viewing and was able to get quick answers from the landlord about my specific requirements. I would be happy to work with him again in the future!

Both myself and my Son have been dealing with this company.
At the time my son lived in the USA and was looking at renting an apartment from them.
My number had been put down as telephone contact and my son put his email address.
At the start of the process we had a number of occasions where we was promised that different information would be sent and wasn't.
After a few failed attempts, I called them and was put through to a lady called Maria, I explained how difficult it was to organise due to my son being abroad and also how we had been promised a number of times that info etc would be sent but it never arrived.
Maria took ownership of this and was fantastic, her communication was excellent, and she followed through on everything she said she would.
So this review is to make the company aware that if all there staff was as good as Maria they wouldn't have frustrated customers.
