In order to get orders out as quickly as possible (especially during the holidays), some products are shipped directly from a factory, and there is no option to wrap those items with our cello and ribbons.

Great Products; Wish Promo Codes were more user friendly
Love the products but had to place several different orders to receive discounts on my different items. This also made me pay extra shipping. I actually cancelled one of my orders because the shipping was just too much.

Great shopping experience
Script and Scribble has a huge selection of the cutest personalized gifts. I sent two autograph pillows to my nieces at camp and they loved them. My only suggestion is to send the customer a shipping notification with tracking info. I would have liked to know when the gifts were sent. But they still deserve a five star rating for service and quality.

Extremely disappointed with my interactions with the company. I called the company before placing the order to discuss shipping options. I was told to put the date I needed camp cards by (10 days later) and they would only contact me if there was a problem. After they printed the cards, they notified me it would be an additional $25 shipping to make sure they arrived on time. I feel that if there were to be additional fees I should have been contacted before the production of the order to see if I approved those fees. While the gentleman on the phone was very nice, we did not see eye to eye on this matter. I will never place an order again with Script and Scribble.

We are truly sorry you are not happy with your experience. As a result, we have fully researched all aspects of your order.
We received your order late in the day on 6/28 and put it into production right away. It was rushed (at no additional charge), in order to meet your needs. The production time as stated on the website is 5-7 business days, and between the time you placed your order and when we shipped it, there was a weekend and the July 4th holiday.
Before we shipped your order, we contacted you with shipping options because you stated you needed it by 11:00 am on 7/7, and you requested that we provide upgraded shipping options when you placed the order. Although standard shipping (which you paid for), would be delivered on 7/7, we could not guaranty the time of delivery. You told us that both FEDEX Ground and USPS deliver to your location late in the day.
This left FEDEX 2nd Day AM delivery as the cheapest way to get it to you to meet your needs. As a result, you were informed this would cost an additional $15.00 After making the shipment, we discovered that the cost was slightly less, so we charged you just $13.17.
In addition to the above, the transcript of your online chat right before your order was placed, shows the following:
"The only small issue is there is a holiday this week, I would place your order right away, and state when you need them. Depending on when they are ready, you may have to pay a little more for express shipping....Just state your needs and we will contact you only if it's needed."
We contacted you to make sure we would meet your needs, and to provide you with various options. Your order was shipped in less time than is stated on our website, as you requested, and as we promised.
We truly care that not only our products are unique and of exceptional quality, but that our customer service meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Therefore, I truly hope you can understand why we thought we did everything we could to make this a positive experience for you, and we hope you are happy with the product you received.

The products are a little expensive, but the quality is great. And the customer service is the best .... my order was taking a little longer than I expected and when I called to inquire when it would be ready to ship they were very helpful. I told them that one of the items was for a birthday and they offered to Fed Ex it (at no additinoal charge) to me that day so I had my cute stationery in time for my mom's birthday!
