High Quality Products
I ordered three different teacher gifts and they came out perfectly. They are just as pictured on the website. The gift stickers and valentine bag toppers are just as pictured and came as ordered.

I like the end result
I would give them 3 1/2 stars...it took two weeks for them to ship, without any communications. They billed me at the time of order, so I did end up calling them and they told me my order was going to ship the next day (which it did). So -- it took a while and I did have to call to get more information (rather than getting an email or being able to view status online). I really like the product, though.

Slow delivery
Was not informed of an error in my order until I contacted the company. Delivery was delayed, which caused me to miss giving the gift on the date intended. Very disappointed! Will not order from them again

Our quality control caught a problem before it was shipped, and we had to reprint your order. This is what caused the slight delay.

Expected more
Pads were fine. No thicker or better than Shutterfly and much more expensive. Were very poorly packaged and slightly damp and wrinkled once delivered. Took forever to arrive. Would not order again.

Great customer service
I ordered a bunch of teacher gifts for Christmas. I didn't realize one would be worded the way it was so it looked wrong and I contacted script and scribble and they said they would send me a corrected one immediately. Since we were on a time crunch for Christmas break they, they expedited a new order and shipped it to me priority at no charge. Wonderful service, extremely cute items (I ordered for 6 teachers a variety of - personalized paper, pencil holders, water cups). Extremely pleased with everything and will definitely order again.

Love our new notepad at my preschool where I teach!! It is durable, beautiful, and will last a while with 300 sheets and it durability.
Great quality as always!!
The products at "Script and Scribble" are pricey, but you do get what you pay for and the price is worth it.
