Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, the whole experience was pleasant and reassuring. A nice clean and bright reception area.

I had a young man doing my eye test who was pleasant and cheerful and explained things very clearly.
The ladies in the Bridport Branch are also friendly, very patient and helpful.

Used them for an eye test after they were very helpful in finding me somewhere local who could supply glasses the same day at a weekend.

Myself and my mum had a great experience in our local branch.
From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile.
The lady who did our eye examinations was so lovely and very thorough.
When it came to choosing glasses I took a long time, but not once did I feel rushed to choose and the staff were very honest when I asked their opinions on the glasses I tried on. Our glasses arrived within a week and we are very happy with them.

Had an appointment this morning, at Ringwood. They had double booked it, but did not bother to inform me before I left home, neither did they inform me when I arrived to see the audiologist.
They expected me to sit and wait for 2 hours, or book another appointment. Appalling service with poor excuses and only told me the truth after I got angry after waiting 30 minutes and watched another patient go in before me,

Lovely branch and really lovely optician. Very patient and happy to answer all eye health questions. No pushy sales tactics, very relaxed with everything you need from an optician. I highly recommend but don't want everyone going there and making it as rushed as every other high street services.

Easy appointment with own prescription to choose new glasses. Very efficient and friendly lady (Assistant Manager I think ) patient and helpful. Received glasses within 2 weeks and again had a great service on collection albeit had to wait whilst finishing with another customer which is fine. Will be back next year

Staff at Lea Village branch lovely, dissatisfied with glasses on arrival as decoration on arm was missing, unacceptable on glasses costing nearly £800

Excellent experience both for glasses and contact lenses. Delighted with my new glasses and as always all members of staff extremely friendly and helpful and professional.

Great staff at the Walthamstow branch.
Referred me for glaucoma checks swiftly as needed; also helped me pick my new glasses frames. Then when there was an issue with one of the pairs of glasses I had ordered they sorted it out quickly, and then refunded the difference between what I’d ordered and what I got without me asking.
I appreciate the time taken and the friendly and professional approach from all staff on the shop floor.

They look after me for not just my eyes but my hearing as well. Have identified on the last two eye tests that I had developed cataracts. The first one was done two and a half years ago. The other was only mildly affect my vision and could be left. This eye test the other now needs doing. Both appointments were arranged by the optician. I’m very pleased with their care and approach to clients answer all the questions I have. Couldn’t ask for more if I wanted.

I was seen by David Hunter at your Chigwell branch Immediately I arrived at 9:02 AM. As far as I can tell he carried out a very thorough eye test and asked pertinent questions about my eyes and general health. He concluded that the changes in my vision from my current prescription were not sufficient to warrant new spectacles and invited me to come back for another test in a year's time unless I had problems in the meantime. I could not have been dealt with better anywhere!

The staff at the Cheadle shop are always lovely band helpful what ever you need

Easy to make a near-date appointment. All good joined up sharing of data between opthalmist and the glasses team. My thanks to them for checking I had all my usual features ie varifocal, tints, narrow sides for my hearing aids etc. They fit nicely and I'm delighted with them

Service was awesome staff very helpful only issue I thought was I purchased was overpriced and took to long to receive once I ordered them

My family and I go to the branch in Harwich. For us its very important for us to go to a local branch as .y son is visually impaired as well as being autistic and having ADHD. We've been using this branch since he was about 2 and they have always been so helpful, going above and beyond. One time when he was about 5 he decided to lay on the floor and to make sure his glasses were correct the optician just laid down with him to check. I always tell people we use them because when his glasses need repairing or replacing, not if but when, they are so easy to get to. The reception staff are probably some of the friendliest people you could want to meet. Always ready with a smile and pleasant greeting.
I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
