Sent wrong size and phoned customer services and was told send a e-mail. Took 2 days to get a reply and a week later still not received new work pants.

Take your money, tell you 5-7 days delivery. Wait 15 days no delivery. Customer services ignore your emails about your order. Only respond when you open a dispute with PayPal then say out of stock for 3 months !!!!
