Delivery came on time. Guys assembled it in no time.

Found a lovely corner sofa & chair & another chair on a heavily reduced price. All went smoothly when ordering & very nice person dealt with us. Unfortunately when discounted chair was to be delivered & after receiving 3 notifications it was arriving on the specific day, nothing arrived, no explanation or reason why it wasn’t delivered, just another notification sent of a another date 2 weeks later for delivery. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement after my wife arranged time to be @ home for delivery, poor delivery service so far, makes me less confident furniture will arrive when they say it will, time will tell if I receive items on dates arranged by Poltronesofa.

I am happy with the chairs unfortunately the delivery guy let us know they were given the wrong leather cleaner

We were warmly welcomed into the store by Alison and given a helpful explanation of the different fabrics, leathers, colours and styles available. We were then left to browse at our leisure, which is exactly what we prefer, while Alison checked in with us periodically to see if we had any questions.

When we were ready, Alison was on hand to help us with our purchase without ever feeling pushy. It was a great experience, and I would definitely return again. I have previously purchased from the store and would happily recommend it to others.

Alison was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and the fact that she gave us space to browse while still being available when needed was perfect for us.
