Mandy the assistant was very helpful and helped me to find the perfect sofa. Price very reasonable and it was delivered on time. The correspondence excellent and the driver rang me 20 before they completed the delivery.

Ordering was ok but communication not that good as firstly wrong house number on paperwork was wrong and contact telephone number.

While in the shop, I never felt pressured. Any questions I had were answered clearly. There is an amazing range of fabrics. The salesperson ( trainee ) was very helpful. The only minor criticism would be that after deciding on my purchase, the sales procedure is quite lengthy.

Delivery incomplete, furniture returned to store as the 1 man could not navigate our stairs. When purchased we stated we live in a first floor flat. The man in the shop stated this was not a problem has he demonstrated how the furniture could be dismantled. We have been totally mislead.

The salesperson we dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. The only flaw was the overly aggreesive pushing of the very expensive extended warranty which I had to repeat firmly many times that I absolutely did not want.

Very professional team deliver was right on time nothing was to much for the delivery drivers

We chose a sofa,went to give our detail but the house number and ,dob were entered wrong so my husband got declined, he has amazing credit score,I then went to put my details in and the system failed,we had to leave as the dog was at the groomers and needed to be picked up,so we drove all the way back to get him,then drove all the way to the store to sort the sofa out,the system was up and running, the lady who served us was very sorry and polite but it wasn't a nice experience on purchasing the sofa,and having to go back and forth,with the inconvenience it caused both myself and my husband, my husband had to get InTouch with the credit score to make sure that hadnt been affected which was another stressful part,luckily it hadnt.so hopefully the sofa been delivered will be smoother than when we purchased it.As this was the First time we have used your company, in the past we used DFS.

The way I was treated was nice

Excellent customer service from Mandy in the store however did not appreciate the phone call from another salesperson asking for the payment before the due date Also we went to the store the week before delivery to see Mandy but it was her day off and another gentleman told us we needed to pay 7 days before delivery when we knew it was 3 days He said it was a new rule and wanted to take payment from us
We paid over the phone with Mandy when the payment was due
Delivery and communication was excellent
Very efficient ,polite and experienced gentlemen We would recommend them to anyone

One gentleman was particularly rude the day we went in to the store when we were initially looking at a new suite
Ie/In our face !! and sulked because we didn’t want to deal with him due to his harassing behaviour

Had a fabulous buying experience yesterday at SCS Polatron store at Middlebrook shopping complex in Bolton/Horwich.
From entering the store to making a purchase Samina gave great customer service.
She was polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the product I wanted. She did not do any “hard sell”! She was able to answer all my questions and did it in a pleasant and professional way. Would definitely go back here again. 10/10 Samina 👏🏅

Young lad walked in, took picture of room without asking, he asked where I wanted it, I said to the wall, it was left in middle of the room, and I wasn't asked if that was OK. I asked if he was putting gliders on, he said that he could do, I said no, I've paid for them so please fit them, the gliders they put on are no bigger than the feet and are completely useless, I paid £40 for them and you can buy same ones on ebay for £2.99. I was told the sofas are hand made, yet the stiching on the back is all over the place, not what I would expect from being hand made.
