A sofa costing more than £4000 has collapsed after only 2 years. It's not covered by Castelan all singing all dancing insurance, but supposedly guaranteed for 20 years for frame etc, but I must pay an unreasonable, £60 for somebody employed by SCS to come to look at it! We have been passed from pillar to post since April and are still waiting for yet another electronic form to progress the claim. Strangely, they cannot find the one filled out in their store by one of their representatives! It is impossible to speak to a person unless you go i to the store and talk to a salesperson, who can do nothing!

Excellent Service - from store to delivery. Very pleasant and helpful staff, they arranged to have the old sofa taken away - this service was very prompt and reliable, when the new sofa was delivered, they gave an update with the time which was delivered promptly, the delivery men were very pleasant and helpful, had the new sofa in place within 20 minutes, respected the property - thanks - keep the good work up.

I was dreading going shopping for a new sofa. I entered SCS and was given a very warm welcome by Zaf, I was armed with measurements and liked a sofa but it was far too big as my measurements were wrong, I said I would return once my son had remeasured which Zaf said he would be looking forward to helping me further. No hard selling and he listened to my needs. I finally went back into the store and started looking again with better measurements and finally decided on a sofa to suit my needs, he explained everything from price to delivery and also extra protection which I did not want and he took all my details as I was waiting for a call from my son to confirm what I was doing and I was quite nervous as it is quite a large purchase, he could see I was getting agitated and offered me to come in the next day after my phone call to which I did and ordered and paid for it. I am totally happy with the service I received by Zaf

On entering the store we were welcomed with a smile and pleasant conversation. There was no pressure just advise when we asked for it. We were offered a drink. On returning next day to complete our purchase we were offered a hot drink and Jason was very informative about the purchase and history of the store. Saif was also very helpful and pleasant on the first day. Very pleased with the whole experience. The store is beautifully laid out with fab lighting and a very pleasant scent.

Staff were really helpful, they weren't pushy. Let us look around and were happy to answer any questions. The showroom had a good feel. We were offered a coffee. Some got a tap measure for us. I felt it was an enjoyable experience.

The salesperson was very attentive to our needs as well as giving us the space to look at all the products in our own time. Placing the order was straightforward with help being given all the way.

Over priced & price negotiations wasn’t right. Agreed with one price however at the time of payment I was told some other price. I think they are trying to sell some otc products like some takeaways. I was a Repeated customer.
Your entire intention was to sell product not to solve customer problems. SCS would not be my choice anymore.
But salesperson json was very good & excellent.
