Dylan was such a professional lad. I had been in earlier in the week and he was going to email me the sofa I wanted, however I did not receive it. I said to him when I went back "you didn't email me" He informed me he did and got the email up. I felt bad for him and apologised. He was so lovely about it. :-)

We went in on Saturday afternoon and Dylan and Suzzane were very friendly and patient with us . They explained how certain sofas wouldn’t fit in our home and that the one we picked would because in came in separate pieces. Also was no pressure from them to purchase. We had a change of heart on the colour so went in the next morning and the other taller blonde lady was lovely and changed it there and then for us only took a few minutes . All the staff have been lovely so looking forward to receiving our new sofas .

From spending months looking at sofas to the delivery day every staff member at SCS bromborough has been incredible. My partner and I had been in the store multiple times trying to choose a sofa and every single time we were welcomed with excellent customer service.
We had an issue with the sofa not fitting through our front door. We panicked as we had waited 3 months for this sofa. Kaitlyn at SCS honestly went above and beyond. Not only was she fantastic at communicating with us on solutions she also physically broke down the display sofa and showed us how we could get the sofa through our window.

The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish . We entered the store and were immediately greeted politely . We didn't feel pressured to buy anything or asked a million times if we needed any help like most stores would do .
Aarron was a star and a credit to the company he guided us through the whole process from the time we entered the store until we left .
We came back the next day to have another look and make the purchase and as stated above AARRON went above and beyond . Yes it's his job and yes he gets some commison from the sales he makes but he knew his stuff and was open and honest and didn't pressure us once into making any kind of rash decision.
We would happily return in the future

From entering the store we were greeted by a really friendly member of staff, I think his name was Alex. I was shopping with my elderly mum for a 3 seater and a rise and recliner chair. We had been in a couple of weeks prior, and the manager had remembered us, which was nice.
Alex was informative, patient, kind with my mum who has mobility and hearing issues.
We had shopped around but we felt Scs was the place for her needs.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Emma who was amazing… we were left to look around at our own leisure. Once we decided on our choice Emma brought samples for us to choose from, which I must admit was hard as there were so many.
Our present sofas were bought here 9 years ago and have served us well, hence why we have returned to SCS. Can’t wait for them to arrive.

Fantastic delivery team, having had a previous bad experience with a contractor crew. Michael and Dylan were outstanding. Simon also deserves a mention, having made good the issues caused by the contractor crew! Bromborough store sorted out the order mess up, however, waiting six months from order to completed delivery is another matter.

Bought a couch with the help of Dylan who was a great help. Dylan gave us a variety of different options and colours of the couch we were looking for which led us to the couch we picked out. Highly recommend having Dylan’s help to help customs find their perfect couch for their homes

I am more than happy to leave a ‘5’ STAR REVIEW in relation to my positive customer experience with the staff at SCS Bromborough who were all knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful.

In February I ordered a Bormida leather power 4 seater recliner Sofa & Sienna rug, I placed the order with Suzanne at the store who helped with the choices & options. Since that date there have been a number of issues re failed scheduled deliveries & online communications, exacerbated at the time, by the fact there was no direct line to stores. I understand the issues were during the integration of IT systems after a recent change of ownership.

During this time the Bromborough staff did their very best to help & once the store direct phone number was re-listed online, I could then communicate directly with them (rather than have to drive to the store) &, without delay, they dealt with all matters resulting in my sofa being delivered today by the delivery guys who were polite & respectful of my property.

My thanks to Suzanne for her help throughout & her courtesy phone call today to check the sofa had been delivered & everything was ok & also to other staff members, Caitlin, Emma & Dylan for their help in dealing with this.
