My wife and I initially visited the Cannock store just to get an idea as to what type of suite we wanted.
On entering the store we were greeted by Steve very polite and with no pressure.
We looked around and found a very good selection of suites. During the walk around we did not feel pressured and found it to be a good experience.
As we left, we explained that we were off to get some measurements and the sales lady gave us a tape measure to assist.
Next week, we returned with an idea as to what we wanted. Again we were met at the door by Steve; where we explained what we wanted.
When we found the suite we wanted; Steve gave us all the assistance we required; even helping with the exact colour.
Getting through the purchase procedure was easy and a full explanation helped very much.

My mother was looking for a chair. She was a little apprehensive as it has been a long time since making such a purchase. The sales assistant was excellent. He answered all my mom’s questions and understood what she needed.

Actuall products are great just took a long time for it to be done and delivered lads that delivered and assembled were outstanding very pleased with the suite

Furniture arrived when advised and being boxed rather than fully assembled made getting the settee and armchair into my house much easier. No problem with the furniture other than the easy glide pads were not delivered. I phoned and was put through to the shop where the furniture had been purchased from and then go to the shop to collect them.

They came before time which was even better than expected.
Them moved the goods into place and was very polite

Had the sofa that we looked at online in store. Was very comfortable.
Staff explained different materials and options ( recliner, headache support etc). Was very knowledgeable. Whole sale was completed within 40 minutes.

Generic message received which indicated sofa was being delivered. In fact only 3 cushions were delivered leaving us with a sofa for 6/8 weeks. Store management advised ‘nothing could be done’. Terrible customer service and generic emails should be reviewed and order number recorded in text!

Very helpful on entering the shop, explained how you can order different sofas in any colour and material . Helped me match a 2 seater sofa with a 3 seater sofa

Also received a telephone call to say they were 10 minutes away and when they arrived they soon assembled our two recliner chairs and sofa.
