I had a very pleasant and a relaxing experience browsing the ScS showroom, I was met and welcomed into the store by Kaylee, she asked me what I was interested in and immediately gave me directions within the store where I may find what I needed. I like to browse on my own and it wasn’t long before I found what I was looking for. Steven took care of the sale and has the same interest in helping the costumer. I picked the furniture up myself and with no fuss I was on my way. I found the staff efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and very much a team. A1+.
I’ll definitely shop there again.

We visited the Carlisle store at the weekend, from the moment we stepped into the store Vikki greeted us with a warm friendly welcome, when searching for our ideal sofa she was extremely helpful with options and advice. It was very much appreciated as this was our first time buying a sofa. Vikki made our experience stress free and enjoyable, she is a credit to the company.

Really just went along to get an idea of what we wanted but had such a good experience we ended up buying! Kayley was great - very knowledgeable but not pushy. She gave us loads of options to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and she happily provided lots of fabric samples and left us alone to have some thinking time. If the product is as good as the service we'll be extremely happy! Looking forward to delivery in May😁

Called into SCS in Carlisle just to take a look. It’s often off putting going into showrooms as salespeople can be too pushy. Our experience with SCS in Carlisle was very different. The showroom is set out well and inviting. We’re were met by Graeme McCall, he was excellent. He introduced himself, told us a little about a sofa we were looking at and then left us alone. We walked around the store and it was very relaxing, no other salesperson approached us. Clearly Graeme kept an eye on us but we never felt harassed or pestered. He occasionally came back to us to share his knowledge on other sofas we were looking at. Graeme’s approach with us was perfect, never once used closing techniques and just let us take our time. In the end we did buy and the whole experience was great and we felt we got a good deal. It’s nice to enjoy such an experience as sometimes buying such items can be a chore.
Fully recommend SCS in Carlisle, I’m sure all the staff are as respectful as Graeme.

The customer service person, Kayley was extremely helpful when showing me chairs that would fit my requirements. She made sure that all the recline features were demonstrated and was successful in finding a recliner chair that was perfect for what I need it for, thank you very much !

The new Carlisle store is nice and bright with lots of space to walk around. The staff are very polite and helpful but not pushy, giving you plenty of time to look around. Our assistant today was Kayley. She was very friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Also concerned that we made the right choice in furniture for our new home, in doing so gave us ample time to consider the number of options available to us. We left feeling confident we had made the right choice and are looking forward to taking delivery in May.

One of the better experiences we've had in this sort of store. The assistant we dealt with was very helpful and not to pushy. Jordan answered all our questions, if he didn't know of the top of his head he found out for us. Overall a pleasant experience.

The whole experience from entering the store to leaving was great.When entering store there is a very relaxed atmosphere and no one dives to capture you,we were browsing upstairs when this lovely female was walking past and asked if she could help we told her what we were looking for and she pointed out what we were looking for and told us to try them out and just to give her a signal if we needed help which we soon did,nothing was a bother to her she had loads of advice and information so lovely and friendly directed us downstairs to show and inform us on more of the stock we found exactly what we were looking for and purchased it, this was in the Carlisle store and her name was Kaylei beautiful inside and out a great asset to your business,so glad this store has opened 😀

Today I bought a 3 seater sofa and armchair from ScS. I was delighted with the experience, I was left to browse the store. Made my choice and then placed the order with Jordan. He was brilliant, friendly and efficient. Ordering was easy in store and everything has been chosen exactly how I wanted it with 5 year cover.

As soon as we walked in and throughout visit staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered sofas and Kayley explained process and helped with colours and explained we had 48hrs to make changes to order which we reflected on and the following day decided to change colour of sofas. When I called again super helpful and accomodating

We visited the store yesterday and was met by Vicki who welcomed us.
Her product knowledge was brilliant, she was not pushy at all which I was so happy about as I am normally put off by pushy sales people.
Vicki helped us to choose our sofa's, she gave us plenty of time and the actual sale and paperwork was so simple and uncomplicated. I was very impressed with the fact that we did not leave the store or sign a contract until our order had been checked by one of her colleagues.
Overall it was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend your store.. and Vicki... She is a credit to your team.

Jordan, at the new Carlisle branch, was very helpful without being too pushy. He was happy to answer all our questions, and help us with sizes, etc, then left us to make our decision. He made the paperwork quick and easy to complete, and, hopefully the sofa will live up to expectations, once it arrives in 12 weeks time.
