Quality sofa I like all but communication not good after ordering sofa try to cancel one of single unit went to shop in tollgate Menager wast there they took not about it Menager spouse to call me back let me know if I could cancel or not didn’t get contact didn’t like the service u should chose professional people they not welcoming as well only Zelda was very good with customer service unfortunately she was on holiday when I order sofa

I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion regarding the communication.
I can see that your order was placed with us on 13/07/26 and we do advise in the terms and conditions that any amendments must be requested within 2 days.
Your request was to remove the single unit was made after 4 days however the store did pass this to another team to check if it could still be done.
The single unit has been cancelled as requested however I apologise if you have not been contacted to advise of this. I will certainly pass on your details to the store, and ask that they reach out as soon as possible.

Perfect in-store experience.
I haven't recieved delivery of my sofa yet - so I can't speak to the quality or delivery experience. But my in-store experience was perfect. I visited twice, once with a friend to look around and the second time with the intention to purchase. Kerry welcomed us both times and was extremely helpful and friendly, knowledgeable and attentive - without being pushy. The process to order was efficient and informative without feeling rushed and very simple to follow. I'm very excited to recieve the sofa in October.

The quality of the sofa's was excellent…
The quality of the sofa's was excellent and Zelda was very helpful with information. We were not pushed to buy and no rushing, in fact we spent a couple of hours going back and forth eliminating down to 3 then 2. As my wife like one and I liked the other we had one of each in the same colour with the reclining features we liked. A good experience, thanks Zelda.
Only minor irritation is that the website has a problem preventing me to register for an account which I'm sure will be fixed soonest.

Zowy she was so helpful and as we were looking around she asked can she help us we said just looking but then we found a sofa and chairs that we liked so we spoke to Zowy
and she helped us and she asked us if we wanted a cold drink which we said yes

Our Sales person was Zelda at the Colchester branch, excellent products knowledge. She showed us suitable sofas for our stature, the seat depth being the most challenging issue! We went away, thought things through, no pushy sales techniques and we were back to place our order! Everything from insurance, finance & delivery was discussed in detail. … we feel very happy with our decision … now all we need is in move date to our new home 🏠
