To start with, this was the comfiest suite we'd ever sat on... the one we had, had been great, lasted well, been through two house moves, but was becoming a little saggy and was getting to be too low.
We went into Poltronesofa on a whim (we'd seen the adverts on TV), and ended up buying.
It arrived on Saturday... the crew who unloaded it, and set it up in our living room were very careful of the new carpet and very careful how they got it in and set it all up for us. They took away all the packaging and were very curteous.
We've had the rest of the weekend with the suite and it is STUNNING... looks beautiful... the first night I fell asleep on the recliner and would have stayed there all night if I'd not been awoken for a trip to the loo... safe to say, its way beyond our expectations so far... the next test is longevity... watch this space!!

I ordered a chair from inside the store that was able to recline the feet and it also rocked, I picked the colour I liked however the store assistant failed to tell me it was a completely different fabric and would be rock hard compared to the 1 I had chosen. I wasn't happy with the outcome of the chair so I went into the store to complain, somebody was meant to ring me within 4 days, I'm still waiting! My terms and conditions weren't even sent to me before my chair was delivered and this is a legal requirement! Never again will I get anything from this company! Disgusting

The reason for the lost star is due to poor customer service and the wrong power adapters

Quality of the three piece suite is excellent only problem being is they sent mains power adapters for the four recliners instead of the battery packs. This was addressed with the delivery driver at the time on July 30th 2026. They checked the paperwork and confirmed it had been delivered with the wrong adapters. They contacted “the boss” whilst still here and stated they would be in contact within 12-48 hours once he had made his enquires

It is now August 7th and still had no communication

The whole experience from going in the shop, meeting the staff, finding exactly what we want and need to information on delivery and the delivery service .
We cannot fault our experience . We must give a shout out to Billy in the hull st andrews quay shop he was fantastic in alk aspects . Well done Billy .

The 2 delivery males were very polite and respectful. He left extra gliders that I requested. They were very tidy and took their rubbish.

We were notified that they would be 1hr to our destination. They both did different jobs on unpacked the sofas and the other put it all together . They took away all the rubbish and left our house clean and tidy . Both of the staff were clean an casual dressed and both vey polite , great service x
