I had a great experience purchasing my sofa. Ajmar was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose exactly what I needed without any pressure. He explained the different options clearly and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The sales team, well the lovely lad at the Birstall store was so knowledgeable and informative we knew exactly what we were getting. The reviews scared us a bit as there were few complaints with the after sale communication, but we did not have any issues. The sofa arrived sooner than estimated and to us that was a bonus, even though we still had to move the old ones but we were given a weeks notice before the delivery. And the delivery guys were the best. Super fast, helpful polite and cleaned afterwards. And let’s not forget the quality!!! Best ever. We got a sofa that we liked with our own choice of material and colour. Excellent

Ordered a sofa in January and received 6month later faulty.
reported fault and was told parts would be available in two to three weeks.
after three weeks not arrived so emailed customer services
and was told they had to clear customs.
three week late no response.
the reviews on here are completed is store when purchasing the sofa so no one knows what and the problems you will have when they arrive.
would advise looking at other review sites on people who have bought form scs and received there items .

I was greeted by a very helpfull sales lady, who allowed me to inspect all the other products on sale. I also visited other sofa outlets after which I returned and placed my order.

Sales people friendly knowledge of the products very good. One down side overkill trying to sell the extended warranty after refusing more than once. That part spoilt it for us.

Salesman was very helpful and nothing was a problem to him ,large choice of sofas in the colours and quality we wanted ,unfortunately the delivery people let the experience down as they damaged two doorways by forcing the sofa through which unfortunately we didnt notice until they had left .

The furniture I received is brilliant very well made the guys ou delivered my furniture was really lovely and friendly nice guys .

We wasnt rushed or presured into buying the man who helped just answerd questions we had he even moved furniture for us to see what worked best we were in there for almost 3hrs taking hours e xcellent service an help

The only downside was that we had to take a second trip as the computer had moved from one product to another before he had a chance to notice.

Great communication throughout the process, we were told what day it was going to be delivered in advance and then a specific time frame the day before and a smaller one the day of, with tracked delivery. The fitting was really quick and very smooth as they did it all efficiently and put them exactly where we wanted them to be, taking care of our property in the process. Would definitely recommend for both the service and quality of the product
