Dawn atvthe Newport store is so professional and helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Dealing with head office "customer service " was a different thing. Unprofessional and unhelpful when they cancelled our order TWICE!

Deri the store manager stepped in and sorted everything.

It was clear from my experience that the store staff at Newport work extremely hard but are not supported by their head office.

I have previously done a 1 star review but that was due to the appalling customer service I had from SCS head office.

Well done to Deri and his team for the drive and determination to provide exceptional customer service.

Excellent service.we were given a 5 hour window the day before delivery but on the day we were given a 20 minute window with a phone call about three quarters of an hour before the guys arrived. The delivery guys were brilliant, they were really polite and quite humorous while getting on with their job. Sofas in within minutes, they unwrapped and assembled quickly and took any rubbish with them. First class service, thank you very much. I would definitely recommend SCS for quality and excellent customer service from start to finish.

Dai and Mathew delivered our new sofas yesterday. They were on time and kept me up to date with their expected arrival time so I could be ready. They carried both through and placed them where I asked in speedy time. They unpacked and checked I was happy with their service. I can honestly say they were super friendly and professional. I wish more were like these two! Thanks.

Straight forward from start to finish, from Damien in the store and his help selecting my sofas to the delivery drivers Charlie and Huw who were friendly quick and efficient. Excellent service.

The sofa is lovely- shame about the rest. The delivery guys arrived on time, we had cleared a path to the rear of our house and access was through double doors so simple. The two guys consisted of Huw and his buddy. I’m 61 and have a crushed disc to the lower left back. Huw informed me that his buddy couldn’t lift much (bearing in mind he was 26 yrs old and 6ft2”) so I carried (backwards) the one end of the sofa to the position that we required in through the patio doors to our living room. They then told us about the new Italian owner of Scs and how he was a multi millionaire and waited to see if we gave them a tip. So the moral is if you want an Italian designed sofa be prepared to carry it in yourself. ( Or perhaps we could give some boat people a job!) If I was 80 years old there would have been a different story I think…..

Once I had received reply from store manager, communication was great, and excellent customer received from them. Delivery was fab, guys were quick, efficient, polite and helpful. Can't fault them.

Derry was extremely helpful and friendly when we visited the Newport store. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also helped us to decide on the the best way to pay for our setteees.

Great delivery service. Was kept informed of delivery time of two new sofas and could track them online. The crew were very efficient and managed to get the sofas in the room without difficulty. Would buy from ScS again as the whole experience was great.

My experience with SCS has been great! From the lady in the Newport store, who was very friendly and informative. Delivery of our corner sofa was delayed but we were kept in touch via email. On the day of delivery, communication was excellent, we received many emails, texts and a call from the driver. Russell and Simon were very friendly, set up the sofa and were very funny in the process!! Excellent service 😁

I liked the price for the ex-display chair, but was disappointed in the cost of delivery, especially as we live less than a mile away. Added to that, the time it's taken for the delivery is a little silly, especially as I ordered a settee from The Sofa Shop last week and it was delivered and installed in 5 days, with delivery and installation only coming to the £100 SCS have charged me for one chair to be delivered.
