made, leather is high quality. Delivery driver and set crew very polite and install was done super quick. Would highly recommend

We were concerned about getting the sofa into our living room, when we were in the shower room we were told the sofa would be split but that is not how it turned up.

The delivery team did a fantastic job getting the sofa in.

Excellent service in store. Mia gave us plenty of advice without being too pushy. We decided on a display item, but we wanted to check it against out existing home furnishings. Mia removed the sofa from sale as we promised we would come back with an answer by the end of the day which we did.

We were then given a choice of delivery dates and sofa was delivered on time without any issues.

Was very excited to receive the sofa but it took forever from the purchase time to day of delivery. If you can do something about the time frame it will be great.

First the customer service in the shop when we purchased our sofa was excellent the staff were very helpful. We were kept up to date of our delivery . The team that delivered our sofa to us were fantastic on keeping us informed of their arrival time. Very respectful while they were in the property. Very tidy and friendly . I would recommend buying from this company to family and friends.

Waliur greeted me and my wife upon arrival our intentions were to just get some inspiration for a new sofa after being show the different variations of fabrics and leathers he allowed us to freely walk around and we stumbled along this beautiful sofa set which was in the sale waliur made me and my wife a lovely coffe and then sat down with us and went through options Sharron the store manager was ever so lovely was there to answer any questions we didn’t feel forced into buying it either which was a bonus as other furniture stores try and force you to buy! From start to finish was very professional all staff were really polite

From the showroom to delivery I would have given 5 Stars but when they delivery my sofas one was the wrong colour, so far customer service have been on point, let see how it unfolds.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were on hand to help but weren't pushy. They also gave good advice. I loved the massive range of colours that everything came in.
