Keeps you up to date with times etc. .the delivery men were nice and polite and efficient

We went to look on the bank holiday Monday and made a short list. We then visited the store at Elk Mill Retail Park, Oldham on Saturday. The staff member was polite and curteous, when we asked for assistance he was brilliant. We had been talking privately about the cat and the sofa, the sales assistant asked if we had concerns about our cat and we admitted that he had previously clawed the furniture. He then told us about a fabric that was more animal proof, showed us samples, taking them to the natural light and told us about insurance that may cover that problem. There was no big sell or pushy salesman, he was polite and informative. We did order a suit and left feeling very happy with the service that we received. I wish I could remember his name but he was a credit to the store.

Great company the staff very helpful, and the delivery guys were fantastic they couldn't do enough for you, very professional and friendly all the travelling and carrying the sofas up and down the lifts in the sweltering temperatures got the thumbs up from me 👍

We put our review up on Tuesday after we got our sofa and chair but we think it may of been a bit quick as we had 2 marks on the chair as we had said that the driver took pics and reported it told us we would be
Contacted by customer services to resolve the marks on the chair within 48 hours and it’s now5 days and heard nothing ??????

Great experience from in store to final delivery and really pleased with our 2 settees

We received a text the week before delivery to let us know what day the furniture was due. We had an email on the day with an half hour time slot for delivery and a link to track it. The delivery was spot on time and the delivery guys, Mark and Glynn, were brilliant. They fitted everything together and took all the packaging away with them. We were really pleased with the service.

Nice friendly environment with a large choice.The salesman was extremely helpful and patient;he established my needs and budget and I made my selection.The finance paperwork was simple and explained to me very well.Delivery was promised and the settee arrived as promised and the drivers rang to confirm.The two men were very friendly and efficient.Happy with every aspect of the sale The only regret is that I've forgotten the name of the salesman as he deserves a shout out.He was an Asian young man and could not have been more helpful.

James,the manager and Abdul were very professional with a good knowledge of their products.Their more relaxed approach( which I would prefer rather than someone following me around) enabled me to look around and try out the furniture at my own pace, which took some time and a second visit ,as there are
so many styles and fabrics to chose from
My only grievance is, if I order a style, and I want it in the same type of fabric, just a different shade,there is and additional charge of £50. If I was chosing a leather covering, or a more expensive fabric, then I would expect to pay more.I really don't understand why, when the suite is being made anyway, why it has to cost £50 extra, because it isn't the colour,but same fabric type as on display in the showroom.

I love how she is friendly rather than hard sell.
She spent time with me on two visits to make sure I got the perfect sofas.
She is an asset to SCS.

Abdul was really helpful and knowledgeable.

He helped with picking the colours, design and style and made sure it fit to my requirements of the room.

Service and staff were exceptional.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful and we are very happy with the furniture, however the delivery was a joke really, two days before it was due we received texts and emails saying it would be delivered a day earlier than stated previously and given a half hour slot late afternoon but they never turned up, no contact, no explanation, got in touch with store the next day they couldn't give a reason but said it was due that morning, that never happened either, got delivery a week later, lots of fun though sat on the floor for a week when you're in your seventies.
