Great Delivery Service.

Kept well informed as to the delivery day and also the delivery time nearer to the date with a time slot given on the day. Drivers phoned beforehand to confirm the expected delivery slot and arrived within that slot. The 2 delivery guys, Colin and James, set up my sofa and chair and tested everything was working OK before explaining their operations to me.
They were friendly, efficient and took all the packaging away with them. Very happy with the service and suite.

Some work needs doing on customer…

Some work needs doing on customer service information... we weren't told about hidden costs which we later discovered and then had to ask for them to be removed... we were also not given the sale price or discount which I find incredulous.... considering we were spending a lot of money... we asked but was told its more than my jobs worth... there needs to be more flexibility for some discount... poor experience...

Service Experience

Absolutely rubbish service re the…

Absolutely rubbish service re the delivery. We were sent a message the afternoon before to say the sofas would be delivered between 10am & 3pm which wasn't ideal as we were told when we ordered the sofas from Samina at your Preston store it would be a 2hr slot then on the day we would receive a message with a half hour delivery time. Well this did happen on Wednesday am, we thought great as I have an 92year old mum who isn't well and we had to go to see her. Then we got a further 4 messages pushing our time slot on to between 2.30 & 3pm. We contacted the Preston store as we had seen on the message the delivery van was in Eccleston, minutes away from Rufford, why not come to Rufford? The next message we saw the van in Fazackerly, Liverpool!!!!! You need to get somebody in the warehouse who can organise deliveries properly. We spent £4,500 on these sofas, ok not the most expensive but we expected a much better service. When we placed the order we asked for a printed copy only to be told the printer wasn't working and was asked "do you have a printer at home to do it yourself"!!!!!
As far as your delivery guys go they were excellent, but we are sure they must get alot of flack from customers and that isn't fair on them

Must say DFS have a great delivery service.

Your company made buying a new sofa so easy
one trip to your store was all I needed I enjoyed the experience no pushy salesman just there to answer my questions when I needed them to .I chose a Leather sofa which was delivered on the date given and regular messages telling me when it would arrive. What a great company Thankyou

From buying in store to the date of delivery the staff were professional respectful and accommodating the delivery went without a hitch lovely guys a credit to the company from start to finish would highly recommend

Excellent customer service

We were welcomed by Alison, who explained how everything worked at Poltrone Sofa. The huge range of sofas, colours and fabrics was a little overwhelming at first, but Alison was fantastic. She answered all our questions, helped us narrow down the options and, most importantly, gave us the time and space to look around without any pressure or sales pitch. We really appreciated that approach.

We explained that we were planning to visit a few other furniture stores before making a decision, and Alison completely understood. She even encouraged us to make sure we found the right sofa for us, which made us feel even more confident in the service we were receiving.

After looking elsewhere, nothing came close to the quality, style and value we had seen at Poltrone Sofa, so we returned and asked for Alison again. The purchase was quick, straightforward and completely stress-free.

Alison was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. If you value excellent customer service without feeling pressured, we’d highly recommend asking for Alison.

We are awaiting the arrival of our settee so can’t comment on the delivery or actual product yet.

The settees arrived with 2 very experienced men unfortunately the seat of the settee is shorter than I thought and the back is harder than I realised but it is quite comfortable
