Sofa delivery
Chaps from SCS showed up to deliver sofa. All on time, great attitude, couldn’t do enough, sofa all up and running and with a walk through of features all in 20mins. Awesome service

This led to us buying Luga sofa and mixing up with a swivel chair and tub chair in matching leather, so it still looks like a matching suite. Thank you Steven

Great Delivery Service.
Kept well informed as to the delivery day and also the delivery time nearer to the date with a time slot given on the day. Drivers phoned beforehand to confirm the expected delivery slot and arrived within that slot. The 2 delivery guys, Colin and James, set up my sofa and chair and tested everything was working OK before explaining their operations to me.
They were friendly, efficient and took all the packaging away with them. Very happy with the service and suite.

Some work needs doing on customer service information... we weren't told about hidden costs which we later discovered and then had to ask for them to be removed... we were also not given the sale price or discount which I find incredulous.... considering we were spending a lot of money... we asked but was told its more than my jobs worth... there needs to be more flexibility for some discount... poor experience...
