Delivery was fast,efficient and friendly.

Only had my recliner chair one day but so far am delighted with it. Quality of leather is very good. The delivery drivers were excellent and put my chair exactly in the position I wanted. My whole experience has been excellent 👍

the people who delivered our sofa were very polite and quickly reassembled our furniture which came in several large boxes

My sales advisor Gerald gave me time to browse without hassle,answered all my questions and able to help me secure exactly what i wanted.

It was a quick visit on the store but the Italian guy good hospitality made us explore the store and buy it. I am so sorry I forgot his name he was fun and friendly to be honest.

No issue whatsoever about the buying experience. The after care service is another matter.
We visited our local ScS in January and paid cash for a 2 seater, electric recliner sofa. It was delivered 4 months later.
We contacted them next day to tell them the wrong sofa was delivered.
After much toing and froing via email, a representative from another company came to assess the "mechanical aspects" of the sofa. We showed him the poor workmanship, the indented armrests and seat cushions. He said "there are no mechanical issues so I don't know what your problem is". "Its not memory foam so fluff it with a steam iron". "They will plump up" as he proceeded to punch the foam into some shape.
We have contacted ScS via email as he referred us back to them for resolution. It's impossible to contact them by phone, 8 attempts the 9th was sort of successful but 3 beeps and it cuts off automatically.
Its ongoing at the mo, I will let you know the outcome.

I have now received after around 13/14 weeks my chair due in total to my son finalising the purch for my 80th birthday with what he called " if it;s no good I can afford to scrap it, this was due to so many issues I intend to write to the parent company CEO in a few days.
I know not why but have always believed SCS was a home made brand hence the competitive pricing, I now know THIS IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH.
When told it would be 8 to 12 weeks, my comment to the salesman was "glad you are so busy but why the high (although free as part of an offer was the cost £170.00?
Well it has to come from Coventry in a wagon with two men AND my response was "made locally then" THIS WAS NEVER DENIED just switched to choice of fabric. Deposit paid all verbal with paperwork to follow by email.
After 11 weeks I with numerous attempts finally got to speak to the store to ask where my chair was and imagine my shock to be told it was on it's way from CHINA. This not well received resulted in a once only call from the store manager in Solihull who made the following claims :
That man would not know where it was coming from, I cannot call head office I do not have a telephone number as everything is done by Email. It could take a ouple of days to get you an answer, I requested a refund of my deposit in writing - no response AND TO THIS DAY THIS MANAGER HAS NOT RESPONDED ONCE.
As previously mentioned my son took over the purchase and when called from the depot to arrange delivery I requested my sons name to be on the receipt and person other end of the phone said "I am doing it as we speak" well he did not. Delivery I was told by email would be between 7am and roughly midday and would receive a text and email an hour before. Having st my phone for 6.50 am went to bed only to be awakened at 6.04 in the morning with a garbled message we are on our way. The chair was assembled and gone within ten minutes, with a grumpy chap when asked if I may just check it does all it should mechanically said "I just tried it and do not have spare time to waste, it did what it was meant to and the pair left.
To finish I was told by salesman when I took out the extended warrenty I would GET THE PAPERWORK WITH THE CHAIR - NOTHING - still to be concluded.
Had the chair only one day, just hope it stands up better than the people behind it, watch this space.

Got email before delivery telling me what was going to happen. Then another on the day giving me a time slot . Then a phone call when they were on there way to us , Fitted furniture up and took away all the packaging. Then checked it worked ok . Great service.

Knowledgable and pleasant sales staff. Delivery was easy and as explained at the point of sale. Delivery was earlier than expected, I was kept informed every step of the way.

The staff didn't badger us and follow us around which is always appreciated, the information was provided on entry that was necessary for our visit and we were left to explore the store with opportunity to ask questions as and when any arose. Over all a very pleasant experience.
