This is the second time we have purchased from Poltronesofa, Stockton, in the past few months. Once again we have had an excellent experience from start to finish. Helpful and knowledgeable sales staff, quality workmanship in the manufacturing of our furniture and friendly, helpful and polite delivery team. We would highly recommend Poltronesofa.

We ordered our furniture with good faith, expecting to get interest free payment. Attended the shop to arrange this to be told declined. The manager has put some wrong details in hence rejected. Told delivery was to be at our old address not the new one, which they had been told over and over. Finally furniture arrived all in order. Would not recommend this company for any reason. Paid cash and didn't get any discount or freebies!

The Guys were very profesional, polite & pleasant. They only took a short while to complete instalation.

3 times we visited 2 different stores as we were so undecided, every visit we had the best service. All the staff were very helpful and not pushy at all. 2 different people helped us at the Stockton store we genuinely felt like they wanted to help us and didn't once feel like they were trying to sell anything and push us into buying.

The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled our two sofas were polite and very professional, removing all packaging and ensuring everything worked as it should.

I had to chance the delivery date as I was told 12 - 14 weeks, but we were beyond that, and in doing so, your answer phone service didn't accept option one. In my opinion, the first part of customer service, is being there to answer the question.
Please provide one number that is manned.
