My sofa was delivered within the stated time by two friendly, professional and respectful men. They put the sofa and chair together very efficiently and left no mess.
My only concern was watching the app and seeing they went to the Filey and York areas before me and were then returning to base before their next delivery in the town next to mine - this does not seem an efficient way to manage their time and delivery schedule.

Great Sofas, loads of choice, and great service in store at Wakefield, we visited 3 times with loads of questions and Tracy was brilliant in helping us.

We ordered our sofa in store last September, as we chose custom colours we had to wait a few months... In December the sofa was delivered. Upon inspection I realised this was the wrong model. They had sent the static model instead of the pullout. I told the delivery guys it was wrong, they took a note on their phone and told me to keep this sofa, treat it as my own and scs would take it away when they bring the correct model. Also said he would put a complaint ticket in with the company... we both signed, then I waited. And waited. And waited. No response from ScS... I then went back into Wakefield store and spoke with the sales rep who did our transaction.. She openly admitted she must have pressed the wrong option on screen and ordered the wrong one. But because I didn't return it on the day of delivery they say it's not their policy to replace it.
Do not go to this store. Do not bother with this company in general. Shocking service... loads of phonecalls left to ring, voicemails and emails left unreplied... it's been a year and I'm still no closer to a resolve.

Having previously been to the store I was greeted by a lovely lady called Sue and she helped me a lot , so having made up my mind I said I would return with my partner and did so . We again was met by a lovely young man , we had a look round and ended up ordering a completely different colour and style, he helped us no end having said he had only been there a few weeks. We are completely happy with our choice we just need to decorate the living room again to make the settee’s look at home .

First and foremost, I wanted to say a massive thank you to Nahida from the Wakefield store. She is so professional and knowledgeable, but also has an amazing sense of what the customer needs. She offered us the best service possible and made the visit and purchase amazingly pleasant.

Everything went well from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff in store. It was delivered before the scheduled date and was informed of time on delivery date. Would use again.

The crew was lovely a little late than scheduled, but no worry’s , the zip was broke underneath the sofa , didn’t come with screws for the support leg which my husband had to supply, bit apart from that I love it

The Wakefield store is well set out.The staff left us alone to browse and only offered help when we were particularly interested in one sofa style.We didn't feel pressured into making a choice and Tracey was really helpful.

The Delivery was within four hour time slot although had to keep being put back due to unforeseen circumstances however once they arrived team were very efficient pleasant and helpful We are waiting for sliders for settees as there is shortage though
