Bought one a hot tub from Scunthorpe hot tubs on Sunday and had it delivered on Saturday, 6 days later!! Amazing customer service from Dek in the showroom and perfect set up from Paul. A few issues with the crane not working at first but they managed to get it working and lifting into our back garden seamlessly. Crane driver was amazing and delivery took place early then expected!

Unfortunately hot tub hasn't heated up just yet, so will be enjoying this all day Sunday!! Can’t wait!!

Bought our hot tub in November 2024 and we knew it would be 12wks customer service was a bit slow in letting us know it would be longer than 12wks, received it in 10th March set up went without a hitch the delivery men explained what we needed to do it does not come with a manual but the company was more than happy to email one, due to my disabilities went through which one would suit me gave us a hand rail and let us swap steps we up graded to a 7kw heat source pump for a bit extra money more than happy with that money well spent in my opinion. Declan was really helpful sorting a few things out for us would defiantly recommend this company.

Paul and Mido moved and installed hottub fast and profesional.Both polite and answered any questions with smile on their faces.Explained all how to use hottub and chemicals with care to make sure we have all information needed.They did not left any mess behing with respect to property.Perfect instalation process.Thank You guys 😎

Bought and paid for a hot tub in store,told it was in stock for delivery within 2 weeks,got a phone call 2 days later to say not in stock would be a 6 weeks till delivery,we waited for that day to be told it would the next day,then the delivery driver rang to say he was running late it would be teatime till we got it,which wasn't a problem,then another call to set it back till 8pm,then another call to say it would be 10 pm which wasn't enough time for a full install according to him,he would deliver it at 9am prompt the next day (his words),no contact from driver till 1015am to say he was late picking the hottub up from the warehouse(which was supposed to be on his van the previous day),so god knows what he was delivering to us the previous day,I rang the depot and spoke to the boss to get a refund as I was fed up at this point,he said wait foe the delivery,but after all the agro of waiting this time I was worried if something had gone wrong with the hottub I'd waiting 2 months for them to sort it,after a long wait on the phone he agreed to do a refund,which took 3 weeks to get back,the company seems to say whet they want to get sales then you're forgotten,we went to another company and for sorted straight away,be careful if you go to Scunthorpe hottubs ,,,I wouldn't

I sold my hot tub to Scunthrope Hot Tub and the whole experience was easy and professional. Replies to emails and whatapps were quick and informative. Collection of the hot tub was smooth as well, with regular updates from the collection people. Paid same day as collection. I would highly recommend this company

WOW! What can I say, Had my Spa delivered last week and absolutely amazing. We did have a slight problem with Delivery however the Engineers managed to get the Spa in still. Dan the engineer showed me everything from start to finish although it was a lot of information to take in I called up the office the next day and asked some further information and they was no trouble at all.

Overall great experience.

Dealt with Declan over WhatsApp for a couple weeks sorting out the best hot tub for us. His communication was brilliant all the way through and always responded in a very friendly and helpful manner. Went to the showroom to have a look in person on a Sunday and the service was excellent and such an amazing variety of hot tubs on offer. Delivery was within 10 days and the guys that came did everything and were very friendly, polite and professional.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Delivery men Jamie & Jamie were very professional, no fuss, full explanation on how to use and maintain my new tub. Hot tub itself is better than I thought it would be when I ordered it, and delivered within a week. Would highly recommend. Brilliant price too

Fantastic after service from the new manager. Delighted with our new hot tub called “Escape”. Had an issue regarding the instructions to operate and warranty manual being soaked and unreadable on delivery so had to be thrown away. Requested a replacement. After a few phone calls/emails made, eventually received what we needed after the new manager Declan stepped in plus a fabulous amount of extras ie chemicals, filters and a half price annual service! as a gesture of goodwill! So thank you for your exceptional customer service! Wishing you a great Xmas!!

Each step from speaking on the phone when ordering our hot tub to having our delivery date and the guys delivering and setting up the hot tub its been wonderful.

Could not recommend enough, if your thinking of buying a hot tub, give them a call.

We bought a hot tub from Scunthorpe Hot Tubs and found the communication between us and the company excellent, this was mainly by email but also over the phone, they were responsive and thorough.
Despite some difficulties on delivery mainly due to weather conditions the teams that installed our tub were amazing, they were professional and had a 'can-do' attitude.
We are very pleased with our new tub and would recommend the company to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.

Bought online. I was unsure about a few things as I hadn't really researched properly, but everyone I spoke to were really helpful. Great service, smooth delivery. Excellent hot tub. A great Christmas present for the family.

I couldn’t fault the installation but unfortunately the aftersales is abysmal. First problem was heater broke within a year, waited 3 months for a replacement and updates were not forthcoming. Second problem was 6 months later when the uv light leaked, had engineer out after several requests, said light would be ordered but after 6 weeks when I enquired I was told I would have to pay for the light and call out in advance (£289) and it would be ordered. That worries me, reputable companies don’t ask for money until the job is complete. Just beware, they are great at selling you stuff but not interested in fixing problems.

Fully informed us prior to our purchase of the tub we wanted and listen to our questions.
Delivery- what can we say the guys were so helpful at every step of our install and didn’t leave before fully explaining the operation of the tub, not to mention taking all the rubbish.

I stupidly thought the deal advertised on there website would expire so paid £50 deposit and thought speak next week, only to see the deal just start all over again. It worked out they couldn’t install where I wanted so no problem, refund me my £50 no harm done, 2 months still no refund, so writing this for two reasons don’t be fooled into thinking the deal won’t be there, it’s always there and secondly don’t part with any money, next step claim back via visa and email to trading standards, I’m guessing they already know them. Poor service, there are better places.

Ben and Henry were brilliant - they respected our property and installed the hot tub with no problems at all. Very professional service. They kept me informed of delivery time too. Would highly recommend.
