Conny Jenkel, for helping with the german words so I can pay my deposit and how I can pay the rest of the cruise and access my MSC portal.
That it’s the only downfall: once you booked everything is in german🤷🏼♀️, but I always managed .
Prices are very compatative so it’s worth booking through this website. Costumer service is excellent. Well done!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Handled Effectively with Efficiency
This is the second time I have booked with Sea Scanner and It has to be said I am not a big fan of email communications especially when you deem your query as complex issue.
However my experience with this mode of communication was a great one which was handled with care and efficiency and the process went seamlessly.
Joanne who dealt with query for most part put my mind at ease reassuring that the issue would be resolved whenever it suited me. She gave updates on the progress regardless if I asked for it or not
Planning a cruise for multiple people and for unforseen reasons. Individualshaving to cancel is a stressful task, especially when it creates issues within the dynamics of your group.
However the handling of the situation was effective and brought to a conclusion with the help of Liz in the absence of Joanne

Seascanner referred me to a German MSC website. I do not know German and I am having great difficulty in understanding its content. Cannot Seascanner at least refer me to an English Website? Otherwise, the service is good. Language is a big problem. Refer us to an English website, please.

Brilliant Customer Service (LIZ)
I booked my 60th birthday through sea scanner and had a few problems with cabins. I needed a shower rather than a bath as have trouble getting into a bath due to my disability. I assumed my room had a shower, not a shower within a bath.
Liz was so helpful trying to sort out my problems. MSc the cruise company were not very helpful. Even though Liz was not getting much joy with MSc due to their inflexible terms and conditions, she did not give up.
Finally today I got a message from MSc saying my room had been sorted with a shower and a room near a lift. I can’t thank Liz enough. She’s a star. I would certainly recommend Sea scanner. Liz is a credit to customer service. Thank you Liz.

Amazing web site, deals and customer service.
I have just booked a winter cruise, the first cruise via seascanner. Their web site and filters are amazingly helpful and so easy to navigate, and they offer cruises with many of the top cruise lines. The offer I found on seascanner for an MSC cruise was much cheaper than booking direct with MSC, I believe they had an exclusive offer so I saved around €900 for a 3 person cruise which has paid for our drinks package and more! Their support staff are also amazing, very quick to reply, clear and concise replies, polite and willing to help in any way they can. Definitely a 5* experience, thank you for everything!
