Bone fide professional travel agent
I understand that the main sticking point is that they are based in Germany but they speak fluent English and respond immediately to any doubts that you may have. I have just booked 3 cabins with them and the process was easy, fast and professional. I have just received my e-tickets for the cruise which leaves in 10 days and my cabins are exactly what I had booked.
Why would I think otherwise?
I saved thousands of euros between the price quoted on MSC for the Yacht Club and Seascanner.com
I can only give them 5 stars because that is the maximum.

Seascanner provide comprehensive service, not only in terms of booking but also through customer service. The staff at Seascanner promptly reply to emails and followup with solutions. Booking options include add-ons such as flights and parking options. So, it's one stop shopping. As for customer service, so far I'm pleased to report that Seascanner assisted with a technical problem I had with making a payment. I highly recommend Seascanner to anyone seeking a dedicated cruise specialist travel agency. Amazingly great! thanks to all that helped ,and still are with our first online cruise booking.
The moment I send an email they reply very quickly and helped me out in many things even with some text that was in German and I could not understand .
