Ordered Galaxy Equipment online on the…

Ordered Galaxy Equipment online on the Monday showing in stock online,
On the Thursday sent an email asking about delivery to be told equipment out of stock !
Why didn’t you contact me to advise this ?
Lost the Installation job and cancelled the order.
Really Bad Business keep your customers updated with delays it’s not a lot to ask.
Will not be using again
And would advise against using them
As delays cost us work in this industry

During check out you are advised orders can take up to 5 working days to dispatch, however we do try to complete orders within 72 hours. Very slow order process

Very slow order process. Placed my order eight days ago and has not even been posted yet!!! No updates from SW as to why the delay, if items are out of stock why not tell me and give me the choice to order elsewhere? I have customers waiting, it makes my business look bad.

No delivery no response AVOID!!!

Placed an order received no contact from company finally got an email from Emma saying she would find out where my order is. Nothing further have now emailed in for a full refund as goods wont arrive for when I need them also spoken to my bank to raise a dispute. This is a joke of a company and certainly not a professional organisation. Very unhappy.

As advised yesterday we have suffered with a loss of our systems and this has caused a delay in getting orders out.

We do state in our order confirmations orders can ship within 5 working days, but we do try to ship earlier than this. Currently your order has not actually experienced a delay in shipping.

As requested I have cancelled your order and a refund has been submitted to your card issuer.

Unfilled Order

Placed an order for goods shown in stock; I was contacted over a week later informing me that they did not have the goods. No alternative offered.

As advised we had the Very Handy Little Relay on order with the manufacturer, and when chasing we were not able to obtain a delivery date as there was no answer from the manufacturer. We now believe this is due to them closing down due to the current crisis and so let you know so you could look for an alternative.

As requested we have cancelled your entire order and refund has already been submitted.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Security Warehouse!

I have used Security Warehouse for a number of orders and the service has been fantastic. Today I had to amend an order as I wanted to upgrade the item. I contacted the team via their chat link on the website and within minutes my original item had been cancelled, confirmation email received and my new item ordered. Couldn't be happier! Deliver has always been prompt especially considering the strange times we're living in at the moment. Highly recommend and will be using in the future.

Excellent Service.

I order some bits for delivery a few days before Christmas, and they were dispatched in good time, but the 'courier' seemed to like driving around all day with the parcel, for a couple of days. The result was an obviously damaged box, and partly damaged contents.
Security Warehouse were SUPERB in sorting out the mess, with excellent online chat, and follow-ups. Unlike the courier company's online 'chat', which was a complete insult to the intelligence of a flea, let alone a customer.
Thank you to all the team at SW, but my experience with the courier ...

Having used security warehouse for…

Having used security warehouse for years with no issues then all of sudden an issue .
I was emailed and told items would need to be ordered as out of stock even though in stock when ordered .
This can be accepted but what is not acceptable is the fact they put a huge increase on the items .
I tried to explain situation and that I am a trade engineer .
Then you state you'll give discount ,even though charging more ! How does that work !
Email returned quoting take it or leave it basically .
Extrememy poor service and couldn't care less attitude.
Terrible ,you have lost a loyal customer for life ! And you will lose many more with that type of attitude .
I also will be passing onto my colleagues and leaving this review on several sites .
Get real ,listen to your customers ,especially trade ones !.APPALING !

I would also like to thank you for your previous five orders with us, however am sorry we disappointed you on this occasion, and so have been looking into this for you.

I can see we contacted you to advise we were out of stock of the Vibration sensors you had ordered, and in placing a new stock order we were advised of a large price increase we had not anticipated and so could not confirm this purchase.

Due to the inconvenience this would cause we did offer a discount on the new sale price, and while I do appreciate the inconvenience, we do state "The web site shows items AS AVAILABLE basis but with the provision that the web site does not run live quantities for commercial reasons. While we try to ensure that all prices are correct, this Company reserves the right not to supply goods which are found to be incorrectly priced, in this case you may confirm or cancel the order." which I can see you had accepted as you agreed to having read this.

I am sorry you feel you received poor service, and that you will not be using us again as this is far from our intention, but can confirm as requested your order was cancelled and fully refunded.

I had a small problem with an alarm panel that I purchased from Security Warehouse.
They very efficiently organised a complete swap including the delivery.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to any alarm installer.

I'm not usually one to write reviews…

I'm not usually one to write reviews however i feel i must.

Whilst i wasn't initially that impressed with the delivery timescale (they do say it takes 4-5 days to ship goods) - which to me probably means they are simply taking the order from you, ordering the goods on their supplier - waiting for it to be delivered and then sending to you. From my point of view these guys had the cheapest price on the net so i was happy to wait - That said, it only actually took them 2 days. (Placed order late on Friday - They delivered Wednesday)..

Following on from the order i had 2 products which were delivered damaged - which then had to be replaced multiple times.. When this happened they had the goods in stock and delivered and collected next day!? Not sure how they did this but was great.

Amy in customer service is brilliant and always easy to communicate on chat.

I'll use them again for sure..

Would be nice to have some additional delivery options but you do know you get awesome service with DPD.

Rubbish

Rubbish, ordered an ACT 1070 proximity reader, when it arrived it is second hand, and they new it was second hand, our customer is desperate for installation, when we tried to install it does not work. Very annoyed, awaiting response from security warehouse.

Following your reply, still rubbish, how on earth this item could have been classed as new, box opened, security seal broken, writing on box, writing on the fob (that shouldn't even have been in the box) screw terminals damaged, old screwed up instructions. It's very easy to say we're sorry, but it shouldn't have been sent in the first place. Rubbish!!!!!

We do not usually send out "Second Hand" goods, as we do have a strong Returns procedure when customers do send unwanted items back to us.

As this item is obsolete we are not able to source a replacement and a full refund has been processed.

Slow Customer Service

Bought an an Alarm Kit from Security Warehouse. Had no updates regarding delivery. Tried calling them (premium rate number) only to get a messsage to email or use chat.
Got an update finally 8 days after placing order... No Stock! Asking questions via email took a few hours to 1 day for a response. Requested refund which was returned nearly 2 weeks after placing order.

Loose the Premium Rate Number which is useless for support, and maybe allow customers to talk directly to staff for updates, instead of taking hours/days for a response.

Ended up using another local company City Security Systems. No problems

Expensive and slow shipping

£4.50 delivery charge for a serial cable they could have posted in a Jiffy bag - and it took a week to arrive. Highly dissatisfied.

Bought a Texecom system and really…

Bought a Texecom system and really pleased with the service from initial order.
Communicated well, arrived quickly and even when I had to exchange one of the PIRs it was turned around in 24hrs.
Didn't have to call them as they have a great online communication method where one of their team (Amy in my case) took ownership and made sure my questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction.
Would use again with question.
