The best customer service ever.

My lovely new keyboad with slowly changing coloured backlight light suddenly switched itself off and nothing I did made any difference.

I contacted their support using a chat window and Mia responded instantly and told me it was probably a hardware issue and will be replaced.

Mia really owned the problem; I hate having to start again with someone else.

I expected I'd get it next week, but I was amazed to find the replacement was already there.

How they did this I don't know, it made my day. Plus I don't have to return the busted one which works fine aside from backlighting.

Fantastic help from this company; they really went the extra mile for me.

I would like to say thank you to Cherry with the company, who went the extra mile. She is a credit to your company and made the whole experience stress free.

What a journey.... Turns out the manual for the foldable keyboard is not accurate.... I've been struggling to connect it for ok one month... With patience with the helpdesk... Sending a video of me doing the manipulation, they finally told me what was being done wrong and that it came from their manual ... What a relief to be using this keyboard finnaly the helpdesk is available and reactive. It was so relieving! The keyboard so far as been a pleasure to use. Very helpful once it's well connected to any devices.

I just bought a new keyboard from this company, but they have failed to provide me with any information about who they are using as a shipper, the delivery date and tracking information.

Instead all I was able to drag out of them was it was going to be delivered today, but not by who, not when and with no way to track the order/shipment.

They have ignored multiple emails asking for this information and their Shop app link to order information also shows ZERO tracking and shipping information.

I ordered their wired EGB Backlit Mouse through Amazon, and it shipped unbelievably fast! it also works great, the backlight colors are pretty, and the pink color of the mouse matches my laptop!

I couldn't be more pleased, and will be checking out their website to see what else they've got.
