I want my money back???? I asked for my money back last month and they still took it that account was not active. About 15 quid taken.

I’m not sure if this critique applies…

I’m not sure if this critique applies to you but I was not happy to learn you had to purchase tickets to download content in addition to buying a membership. This was not immediately communicated and seems somewhat underhanded.

I am much inconvenienced by dealing…

I am much inconvenienced by dealing with Segpay having wrongly assigned a subscription payment when charging my bank account. It appeared to be an unrecognised payment that led me to cancel my debit card in case it was fraud. Also the legitimate subscription payment did not go through and so my subscription to that website was terminated. This was all because Segpay made an error, yet they have failed to adequately respond to my concerns.

Make cancellations easier and not trick people being robbed by difficult sites to navigate gen trying to cancel re occurring payments! You have ripped me off big time! You are a disgrace and should be ashamed of yourselves in conning people the way that you repeatedly do!
