I found logging in to site very easy,and it was easy to see my account details,Some times it was not possible to speak to someone straight away,Also on several occasions i was asked to do the same application twice by different people,Apart from this it was fairly strait forward,

Great service from Fash Khan. Great communication on phone and email. We live in Northern Ireland so we knew the process would probably be more difficult. The delivery / collection service was a little cumbersome, and we had to collect the car from a Scottish port rather than home delivery (and had to pay an extra delivery charge to do so). We knew this from the start, but it sometimes felt this was the first time it had been done.

Dismal experience if you are looking for a salary sacrifice quote, Chatbot agent who only has one mode to get your number and email so someone can 'contact you'. Eventually you get contacted after a few days, no quote for a week because the rep had wrote the email address down incorrectly, chase up - on leave, eventually get the quote back which was a personal lease quote and not a business quote with no details as to Salary Sacrifice details that they "offer" on the website - beyond rubbish.

Excellent service from start to finish

I had a very good experience with Select Car Leasing. Having a specific account manager made the whole process straightforward, and any questions I had were answered very quickly.

They gave me helpful advice on the different cars available, including realistic information on lead times, which made choosing the right vehicle much easier.

The service was also excellent when the car was delivered. The delivery driver gave me a comprehensive overview of how everything worked. As this was my first electric car, I had quite a few questions, and he took the time to answer them all clearly and with a great deal of knowledge.

Overall, a very professional and helpful service from initial enquiry right through to delivery. I would happily recommend Select Car Leasing.

Good Overall Experience, but Some Areas Need Improvement

Overall, my experience with Select Car Leasing was positive. The vehicle was supplied as agreed, the pricing was competitive, and I was generally pleased with the service and the final outcome.

However, there are a couple of areas where the customer experience could be significantly improved.
Communication could be more consistent and proactive, particularly as the order progresses towards delivery. At times, I felt I had to chase for information rather than being kept fully updated.

My biggest frustration was the automated system used for signing contracts and completing documentation. I found the process unnecessarily complicated, frustrating and far from user-friendly.

For something that should make the leasing process quicker and easier, it actually had the opposite effect. In my view, this system requires urgent attention and improvement.

That said, once everything was eventually completed, the vehicle was delivered successfully and I am pleased with it.

Overall, I would still recommend Select Car Leasing, but with better communication and a much more streamlined contract-signing process, the customer experience could be considerably better.

Although there were some issues with delivery dates for my car, Paul Gardner and his team were fantastic at sorting them out.

Carley is what has made my experience with your company an enjoyable one due to calling and emailing back promptly .. always sorting what I’ve asked .. very friendly with no pressure … no errors which was happening previously with another member of your staff that put me off completely but Carley saves the day and all is going smoothly especially as this isn’t just leasing a car to me after no car for 3 years and a lot of stressful sad times I’m so excited to be getting the car I have wanted for a long time !
