I bought Azorex air fryer in Spain from Media Markt in October last year I opened But I didn’t use it I try to use it on the the 20 of June and there was no light and did not work at all contacted media market they said I have to contact Azorex which I did on the 25 of June they reply asking for photo which I did but still nothing still I have the machine keep sending them messages on what up as where they ask me to send but still nothings they are the worse company I dealt with and I wootecomend them to any one so any person intending to buy Azorex my recommendation don’t as you just waste your money

Air fryer broken after 1 year, no customer care. E mailed, got a reply on WhatsApp number but computer response and no help, repair or replacement. Seems a scam. Writing a Hojas de reclamaciones now.

I ordered a Christmas tree from this supplier via Leroy Merlin, I was supposed to receive it on the 14th of December but 5 days later still no tree. I mean, this is a Christmas tree, it cannot arrive late and there was no explanation as why it did not arrive or that it would be delayed. And no reply whatsoever from the supplier after sending so many emails and trying to call them. The moment I ask for a return, they were able to miraculously take actions. Zero professionalism! Don’t recommend

Very bad customer care service. The quality is very bad and they don't assume the manufacturing defect related to that. I definitely don't recommend them.

Failed on heat and fan,I considered the repair and came to the conclusion that the Air Fryer is far from smart, but it only has basic heat and time controls, plus it's not completely dishwasher safe, the chrome came off the handle and the trivet lost a foot .
They sent me an Azorex 4500 4.5l model, I returned an Azorex 501 EZ 5l model which is not acceptable.
