Selkie Customer service was quick to respond and helped completely resolve my issue.

Papa bless the team tbh, I bought a dress at full price and then it went on sale. I repurchased the dress during the sale so I could return the full price one (per advice of customer service team, as they can’t retroactively apply sale prices, totally fair!!), and then they ran out of my size :( They kindly canceled my sale order and refunded me for both my sale order and the difference in price of my original purchase. I do wish they’d just done that to begin with, but I’m thankful they did it at all!! ❤️❤️❤️

I ordered dress and while I was so excited to get it, I got a little worried when I realized it was going to go through customs resulting in a huge bill from the carrier. When I reached out to customer service, they alleviated my worries telling me no extra fees will be incurred. I have never had a company respond so quickly and kindly before! 10000/10 customer service I am officially a Stan. <3

I would love a company like Selkie that actually made good quality items. Due to their fast fashion practices, there are no consistent fits and everything is made for super tall women, so necklines are past my bra on my petite body. This week I spent $318 plus $20 shipping on two dresses that I assumed were exchange only. Turns out I am stuck with them, meaning they are going straight to the thrift shop. I wouldn't even feel ethical selling these on poshmark and the resale value is low anyway. They are both crappy workmanship and fit like baggy potato sacks. I will no longer risk buying anything from this brand. Very dishonorable company.

I've been a long-term Selkie customer for 5+ years and will continue shopping with them due to my great experiences with customer service.

I sent an inquiry for assistance and received a helpful response 1) acknowledging the issue 2) letting me know it was being addressed by the team and 3) confirming a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours of my request. The person who responded was friendly as well as clear in her communication.

I have never ordered from Selkie before, and was nervous to be ordering my wedding dress from online without trying it on first, but I fell in love with The Ivory Swan Song and as soon as I saw it I knew that was my dress. I took my measurements and asked the service line what they would recommend size wise, and the dress fits like a glove! It’s even more stunning in person, and I feel like a princess. The quality is amazing, and it is so flattering on my plus size body. Thank you so much an amazing experience all around.
