Outstanding customer experience and product
Outstanding customer experience! The griptape and mouse feet I ordered came in a high quality cardboard package, in a sealed (with those reflective rainbow stickers) black envelope, which also contained a folded card with instructions + the product + alcohol pads AND an additional handwritten card with information about the production date and the name of the worker!
It definitely appears as if the company genuinly cares about their product and their customers, which almost makes me feel bad for "only" having paid <30€.
Oh and the grip tape and the mouse feet for my Deathadder V3 Pro are excellent!
