Absolute scam of a site. Initiate a dispute immediately. They will absolutely not send you a product and will deliberately string you along in the hopes that you wait too long before initiating a dispute with your bank.
I'm sure Sentraq was at one point a legitimate site. Unfortunately, in it's current state it is a terrible place to buy from. The owner has stated multiple times on reddit that he is having issues with fulfillment, but refuses to shut down the website or even place an announcement on the site stating the issues. All at the same time, orders and payments are being made by unsuspecting buyers. I was one of the luck ones and managed to get in contact with the owner on reddit to get a refunded on my order after numerous attempts to use the support email listed on the website went unheard. Sentraq, even if it does manage to get back on track, will never get my business.
