I don't trust this company
The website says there's a guarantee on your first order. There isn't. Customer service offers exchanges but will not under any circumstances give you a refund.
Customer service is polite, but all they do is write emails.
This could be OK if the product weren't poorly designed. The pouches are weird, and the underwear doesn't keep you in all day. The modal fabric is thin enough that it isn't comfortable against zippers and jeans. It's far more awkward to flop out of a pouch with a big slit in it because the coverage isn't complete enough.
The reviews on the site aren't legit. How can this be? Though I placed large order, I was never asked to write a review and you can't post an unsolicited one on the website.

Bad customer service
Order straight from the site instead of Amazon. You will pay more from the site but will have better choices. What I ordered from the site was sent from Amazon. They sent what ordered from the amazon facility where I live to Ohio. I don’t live in Ohio so the package was undeliverable. The company does not have a customer service number. Through email they said they would resend it. It took two weeks to get what ordered which was way past the promised delivery date. The company offered no discount Or apology. If you are going to order this expensive underwear just do it from Amazon.

Good product, good service, but shipping needs work.
I really like their products, honestly the best underwear I've ever had. They also did a great job with contacting me promptly to notify me that the item of my chose was out of stock, offered alternative colors as replacements, and got the order modified very quickly and shipped. The only real problem was that after it shipped took a long time to arrive, for what they charge on shipping, I expected it to be faster. It doesn't help that they use a random partial carrier I've never heard of before, I'm not sure why they can't just use priority mail. Flat rate shipping for a package my size would be less than $10, and definitely would have taken less time to arrive. Instead, they're using a cut rate delivery service that charges the same cost as the postal service and yet is somehow even slower.

Dishonest Company
I ordered size Large based on the size chart for a 38" waist, but they were way too tight. When I tried to exchange them, support refused. They claimed my items were "Final Sale" clearance because of a discount I used, even though I paid full price for the first pack and the items were not marked as clearance on the page.
Support even admitted the clearance section was "temporarily hidden" on the site during the promo. Using hidden classifications to void a satisfaction guarantee feels dishonest. I won't be ordering from here again.

Comfort for balls and shaft.
Nothing special. I wanted to try something new. I love the fit and especially the separation between my little man and the testicle. I've been wearing them for a few years now and like the wide waist band vs the narrow band.

The feel and comfort are great
The feel and comfort are great, the pouch is good also. On the functionality of the hole/hood system, I either don’t stay through the hole throughout the day or I don’t stay under the hood and not staying under the hood is a lot more agrivating than staying through the hole.

Very comfortable. Probably the best support I have worn (better than Saxx, Shinesty, Weldon). Love the single pouch over the double pouch. I thought the material was a little thin. Would love to see single pouch in a trunk style.
