The design wasn’t what I thought
ETA: Customer service reached out, offered to replace my order with something else. When I couldn’t find anything else I wanted, they refunded my full purchase amount.
The design wasn’t what I thought. I’m sure the product would work great for some people but just isn’t what I expected. I’ve reached out to customer service and they have been providing me options based on their satisfaction guarantee. The responses take a few days to get to me each time but I’m optimistic that they will refund my purchase.
I will update after this is resolved

Did not like the particular style
Did not like the style. Things don’t stay where they’re supposed to. I like my previous purchases but the last purchase I regret. Separatec is my favorite choice when covering my goods but I wasn’t satisfied with this particular style.

Couldn't find cotton in all black with side access.
I hate that I couldn't find cotton in all black with side access. I don't like the bottom access and that's all that's available in the cotton. I want to sew the bottom hole and put a hole for side access myself.
Still love my first generation. I've ordered a couple times. But they're getting too worn in.

Great Purchase…
The trunks are very comfortable but the fabric makes them work best in warmer weather.
I plan to order again but will most likely try the cotton fabric.

Future Recommendation Unlikely
I was under the impression the product came from a warehouse but discovered it was fulfilled through Amazon. When product arrived, parcel was cut open and half of shipment was missing. When I contacted customer service, I had to point out the customer satisfaction policy on first order in order to get a refund for missing item. Probably won't be ordering products based on that interaction and dealing with sub-par customer service.
