I ordered my product in 8/11 and have yet to receive. I have contacted customer service on several occasions and get the same response of 'be patient'. I have requested a refund but have yet to see one. At this time, I am unable to recommend Separatec to anyone.

Wrong Size Corrected
When ordering I mistakenly had the wrong size on 1 selection, Separatec contacted me to make sure of the correct size and corrected to order. This is outstanding follow through by the order department.

I accidently put the wrong size on my order.
I let the service department know and they sent me a new order and only charged me for the shipping.

The cotton boxer briefs are very comfortable, but they do run a bit large. Next time I will order a size smaller.

Great underwear. Great company.
I give 5 stars for the quality of the underwear. I started wearing Separatec about 7 years ago and they are soft, yet durable. They keep me dry and secure. When I had an issue with an order, they were prompt in returning my emails and found a solution for me. I recommend Separatec and will be buying from them again in the future.

Always a great experience and product
I've ordered several times and always have a good experience. I have 24 pairs now. Customer service is helpful, and the underwear is great quality. The briefs with ball hammock and banana hole are the only style I wear now. They keep me so much more comfortable than other styles or brands.

Return policy is scam
Their returns is a scam. They say “no questions asked returns” within 30 days. but when reached out to return, they mentioned that their “warehouse burned down” and offered a discount code. What a joke.
Edit: They agreed to issue a refund. However, on a condition that we left a good review on their website. Wish I could drop the rating to zero star.

I do not like the new design with the short length on the boxer briefs. They now do not protect your inner thighs from rubbing together.

On A Quest For The Best
As random as this sounds, at 41 years old, I set out the find the best underwear I’ve ever had. I ordered 1 pair from most of the major brands that all promise to be the best (knowing they can’t ALL be the best). This included a pair of Separatec, All Citizens, Krakatoa, Calvin Klein, and others, with the idea that once I found what I wanted, I’d get rid of the rest and order 14 pairs of the best! To make a long story short, Separatec won! Not only are they silky smooth but there are no seams to worry about AND the “pole pouch” (feel free to trademark that Separatec) make your bulge really stand out. I’m married but I’ve just been walking around the house in these and caught my wife’s attention a few times—in the best possible way. If you’re looking for comfort, confidence or simply something new, trust me, you’ve never had underwear like these! Try them, you won’t regret it.

I want the micro modale briefs I bought them for years like the fit close as I can say they look like are bambo leaves print on them. It seems always out of medium size in any micro mondale .

I have been buying them for years
I have been buying them for years. I just got some of the new ones that are supposed to keep everything in better I’m still trying them out but seems like they are doing a good job. I will keep buying them I thought they would make a low rise style because rolling them down helped a lot too maybe they will make some in the future
