Worst purchase ever
Ordered a tracksuit and immediately requested a cancellation. Despite reaching out right away, it took days to get a response, by which point the window to stop the order had passed. There is no self-service cancellation option; you have to email them and hope for a timely reply, which I did not get. When I was finally told the return was approved, I was hit with an unreasonable return shipping fee that made the return barely worth pursuing. Poor communication, no easy cancellation process, and fees that punish customers for their own slow response times. Would not order from this company again.

This has been one of the most infuriating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Since December 22, I’ve been trying to get a refund for items I returned, and they still haven’t resolved it. Instead of helping, they treated me as if I was the one doing something wrong, which was insulting and completely unacceptable. I followed every instruction, returned everything properly, and yet they continue to withhold the refund and act as though I’m at fault. Their behavior feels dishonest, dismissive, and shows zero respect for their customers. Please be extremely cautious when dealing with them.

Worst customer service ever they gave me the runaround for a month trying to exchange a size never given me a real answer. Never giving me a full answer. I was just trying to help me buy another product trash. They are a garbage company ran by garbage people.

Very high quality garment and outstanding customer support and responsiveness. Two days after placing my order, my order was in "processing" status as which time I emailed help@sergiotacchini - asking if my order could be expedited as it was a gift for a special occasion. I received an immediate email confirming my email had been received, 2 days later my order moved to fulfilled status and the next day shipment occurred. My order arrived at my doorstep ahead of schedule and within 3 business days of my initial email to their help desk.

What went right? I placed an order on 12/7/25 it's 12/22/25 and it's still in place order yall clowns haven't even processed the order yet. Then i email you'll on 12/18/25 asking when is yall gone start the process to my order you did respond back on 12/19/25 just to give me some bullshit about give it 1-2 business days to turn around on 12/22/25 and email me saying my order was canceled when I didn't cancel it this brand been around way to long to be conducting business like this just disgusted

TERRIBLE! I bought the Miss stella maritime blue trousers and jacket and on the second wear the trousers ripped in 2 places - one by pocket and other down front seam.........I contacted customer services who advised they could not offer a solution - Nothing.Ive taken the trousers to alterations specialist and both people have stated its cheap material. This brand was once a heritage, reputable brand but now its over priced, cheaply sourced material and unhelpful customer service!

I ordered three jackets from Sergio Tacchini to test one model and find the right size. I kept one and returned two.
Shipping cost €25, and returns are charged at €30 per item. That adds up to €85 just for shipping and returns on a €300 order — completely unreasonable.
Even when ordering internationally, I’ve never encountered such high return fees. You’re forced to accept these costs during the return process.
Only order if you’re absolutely sure you won’t need to return anything. Definitely one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

Shady business
Order the outfit from this company tried it on didn’t really work out package it back up. Sent it back in the same packaging literally like the next day now they’re saying the shirt has a stain on it.
They never contacted me to let me know. The shirt had a stain which I’m sure came from them in their warehouse so I contacted them weeks later only for them to tell me this.

I purchased a tracksuit from Sergio Tacchini; however, it never arrived. When I emailed customer service, they took weeks to respond and told me that the package had arrived and they were not responsible for any missing items. I emailed them back with proof (since I have a doorman and security who handle my building's packages - I have never lost a package living here in 6 years). Even though their Sergio Tacchini website said it was delivered, the tracking showed it was sent back to the distributor out of Rutherford, NJ. This company is scamming me out of $290. The Better Business Bureau has given Sergio Tacchini an F rating for 17 similar incidents with other victims of their fraud.
Honestly unfair!!
Honestly, I bought a quite a few outfits here and they fit perfectly but I just bought one last week and it was tremendous. I’m a large and this could’ve fit somebody that was a 2X. I returned it and they charged me a $15 surcharge unheard of! Ridiculous if you buy anything here they’re gonna charge you $15 to put it back on their own shelf when they made the item too big.

Worst customer service ever, sent me the wrong shirt twice. I wanted refund and they charged me restocking fee, paid it. I live in nyc , no tax under $110 dollars, the shirt was $66 dollars and they charged me tax and didn't refund that back to me either. They make more money on returns and keep the product.

Had a really bad experience with this brand ordered a tracksuit that came to £300+ for the zip on the tracksuit jacket to fall off. I have purchased zip up jackets from my local supermarket at a fraction of the price that have lasted me years. Faulty brand. I purchased this on December 14th as Christmas present by February the 18th the zip fell off, however because I was over 30 days of initial purchase date they refused my refund and return. Will be contact my bank and financial ombudsman’s please stay away it’s taken them 3 months back and forward and now offered a credit note which I refuse never again will I be purchasing from this company
