The toilet paper is great. The delivery is always spot on.
And it's doing out bit for the environment.
I would definitely recommend.

Saw this on my FYP and thought why not. Feels fine not scratchy at all, the box is so cute under the sink and I love that it's actually made here.

Great to find a product using recycled paper from UK.
Easy to order and subscription is explained, detailing how often rolls would be delivered depending on household size. Plenty of communication on order and delivery time (bit of a shame that delivery driver just dumped box on my doorstep and ran off) The rolls are a decent size and do the job they were intended to do!
I would definitely recommend.

Have subscribed for a few years. Good range of products, last longer than most commercial brands. Paper products aside, I also like the laundry sheets.

Really good product, is soft and doesn't disintegrate on use. Also, they were delivered 2 days early.

I previously used nicely wrapped no more crap however having looked further in the overall ethics, Serious came out better. Very speedy delivery, toilet paper fit for purpose.

Great toilet tissue, eco friendly and very easy to order and arrives very speedily. I reached out to customer services with a query and received a fast, efficient and friendly response. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service is excellent. I have had to delay delivery twice now because I still had lots left, but there was no problem.

Like previous orders, my most recent was easy to order and quickly and efficiently delivered. However, with this order, I immediately noticed an improvement in the quality and quantity of paper per roll (not that the previous orders were of poor quality). Definitely will continue to order this toilet roll.

It’s a great service, having toilet paper delivered in bulk at your convenience so you literally don’t have to keep picking it up on the weekly shop. The paper isn’t the best quality - like not Andrex levels of thickness or durability but it’s decent enough. The only thing I’d say to watch are the shipping notifications - my last delivery came too soon - I still had half the precious box left - but I don’t remember having an email to say my next box was about to be dispatched. I just saw the email saying it was on its way and it was too late to pause it then.

Laundry detergent states on their website that it is “SLS free” and “soft on you”. However, The first ingredient on the package is “Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate” which is just a newer name for SLS: exactly the same chemical formula. Straight face lies! And very misleading as SLS/SDS has been proven to cause skin irritation and have other potential health impact.

I contacted them for return and was immediately granted a refund. Yet no comment on my claim that they mislead me. No apology. Nothing.
