Thank you for leaving this review! But we're a little puzzled by a 1 star review, as we promptly shipped your watch and I've had a look at the tracking and the parcel is still awaiting the final clearance by your local customs.
We've actually been in contact pro-actively with the courier about this twice and provided an additional form your customs is asking for. But unfortunately at no point did you contact us and this is the first correspondence we've received from you.
We're truly sorry US customs has not yet cleared your parcel but this is entirely outside of our control, as US customs presently is also not operating at full capacity due to the shutdown of your government.
We will also contact you directly as we've been working hard to ensure your parcel reaches you safe and sound as quickly as possible.
