Great customer service
Initially the order I received was wrong. However, the customer service team resolved this quickly and sent me a replacement pair. They even let me keep the other pair! Great customer service.

Good quality but pick a size larger than normal
Quality of pants is good but the sizing needs to be adjusted - these are definitely not a true fit. I do have a muscular build but I ordered the size I do for any other pants and these fit me like a very tight pair of skinny jeans

We emailed you about that item being out of stock, Nicolas, and you chose to be refunded instead of swapping the model with another one; we refunded you that same day and sent a notification email to inform you about it.

Company does not offer refunds. I ordered a pair of pants and it got processed twice. I got two pairs of the same pants and got charged twice and couldn't even receive a refund because it is store credit only. whack

We sent 2 separate confirmation emails and 2 separate tracking numbers in 2 different emails, Aaliyah; if you had told us that one of the orders were a mistake, we would have canceled that order before shipping it.
