Second time ordering (pants) with them…
Second time ordering (pants) with them and once again the item received is too small. Friendly information to customers; their sizing chart is completely off and it is safe for me to assume all their pants run extremely small being that this is my second order with a different style of pants from them. I went up 4 waist sizes this time and the clothing is still small. Customer service/response is great but at this point, spending money on shipping to return items all adds up in the end and is an expensive on my end as a customer (not worth it).

Sernes doesn’t sell their own products
Sernes doesn’t sell their own products. They source their products from other brands in turkey like x-way, or score m!cha!l, attaches the Sernes tag and resells them.
Which is fine because the price is pretty reasonable.
But the only issue here is there isn’t a USABLE size guide. I ordered two pairs of US size 34 pants and they came as completely different sizes.
I cannot order clothing from Sernes if the fit is a surprise every time.

Love Sernes brand
Love Sernes brand, if anybody orders from the Blackwell Collaboration get sizing advise, I went with the model is normal man wearing XS, big mistake, way too small and just cost me £20 to return it, definitely get advice, I will NOT order these products again, out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

My jeans didn't arrive yet cause have been stuck at the border cause they want me to pay 54 euro more for border taxes... I don't know how to fix the problem and the service told me they can only give me a coupon of the amount of the taxes I have to pay so I have to spend more money on your shop with the risk the good will be stuck and the border again...

I bought 4 pants out stock
I bought 4 pants with sernes, normally the processing time takes 1 - 2 business days for , but for this order it took 7 days because they made the mistake to sell two of those pants that was out stock. They told me they going send me two pants, and a refund for the others two. Well, after one month, I'm still waiting for my refund. They love having things"out stock", in fact, 80% of their Merchandise always are out stock. Just Be careful.
