Total Waste of Time and Money


Total Waste of Time and Money – Highly Glitchy

Avoid this software; it is poorly designed and highly glitchy. It consistently loses critical technician data, forcing our team to waste hours re-entering information.
The calendar functionality is fundamentally broken. You cannot schedule a service call or preventative maintenance for more than one day at a time, meaning coordinators must manually move appointments on the calendar daily.
Instead of the software working for us, we are working for the software. Do not waste your money.
